manager erica in the morning says they only do cash only which is fine. To the franchise owner. At this location has a manager that has NO CARE for the STAFF and the customers. At 10:40 am EST... 9/14/2022 A MANAGER DROPS A CUP OF COFFEE AND LEAVES IT ON THE FLOOR WHERE EMPLOYEES NEED TO WALK BACK AND FORTH. It is now 7:27 pm 7/5/2022 and whoever that lady was in the drive thru line taking orders was very disgusting! I asked her a... simple question and she answered in the rudest, nastiest most distasteful manner! I want to know if that?s the way theseMcDonald?s employees are trained to talk to their customers. Instead of even proceeding with an order, I just told her nevermind and drove off. And while I drove past the window she was bent down, head through the window, on her cell phone. Clean environment and the staff are friendly, however it is an afternoon hangout for the students when school let's out. I am... not complaining if the kids being there it is that when they are there they are running fighting screaming and creating chaos.Management does not do anything but they will have to when someone gets hurt. Absolutely terrible experience at Newark Penn location. I can't ever go in there without being harassed for money. And the last... time I went in there, my order was wrong. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and was given a soggy pancake likesandwich. Never going back there again. Read more
