My daughter took me here and I was not overly pleased at all. She had to repeat herself several times, when we got the order it... was wrong, had no straws for the drinks, no receipt and when we took the order back because it was wrong the chicken wings hadfeathers on them...but the fries were nice and hot. I took my granddaughter there. My granddaughter ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I a 2 piece chicken with mash potatoes and... two drinks. At first I received the wrong order ticket. The young lady gave me the correct one as soon as I told her. Wedidn't wait too long for the food to arrive. My order also had french fries which I split with my granddaughter. The food wasgood. No one attended the counter, nor assisted any customer until more and more showed up. Waited more than more than 20 min to get... an incomplete order and no one announced the order was ready. The chicken tasted somewhat raw. The worst Popeyes ever been. Read more
Do yourself a favor, don?t be like me knowing this place is trash and still come hoping it improves. It?s not! Always a long... wait and they rarely get the order?s right. And there is a resident cracked head that lives in the drive through. Seriously,every time I drive by this dude is sitting in the drive through asking for $$$ or just chilling. The drive thru wait at this location is astronomical. One way in and out. If that makes you feel claustrophobic, walk-in... instead. I dread coming here when I need a quick fried chicken meal. You've been warned! Prepare to wait at least 30 minutes.Management, please expedite wait time. Read more
This location is the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. Orders are always wrong whether you go inside or through the drive-thru.... You can count on waiting 30+ minutes which isn?t ideal since it?s considered ?fast food?. The managers take no accountabilitywith both the employees making mistakes and the establishment?s CONSISTENT errors. For the past 3 times we?ve gone to thislocation, the food order has been wrong. Recently today we went to the drive-thru, the young man taking the order kept repeatingitems that I were not mentioning, once we finally settled what I wanted for the order he gave me the price. As I pulled up, hedoesn?t say anything, just takes my card and I got charged about $30, given no receipt and received a full bag of the absolutewrong order. In receiving the bag I asked how much my card was charged the manager stepped in and claimed she gave me a refundbut could not provide a receipt saying their receipt machine doesn?t work as we WATCHED other receipts be printed. The managersays the guy who took the order never took the order and we had to go inside to get what we actually wanted. No apology, noaccommodation, no ownership for the mistake. Sat in the drive thru for what seemed like forever. I ordered chicken tenders, got to the window and told I had to wait. I saw... through the drive thru window all those black workers were all chewing on food. In a few minutes they gave me a bag and Idrove off only to find 5 pieces of chicken and not tenders. I got duped and was too tired to fight these ghetto people overchicken. The workers were probably eating all the chicken tenders.???? Read more
