First experience and unfortunately my last experience there! After alll the aggravation I went through after having to even... explain what an Italian Sandwich even is I get home with my order and what do you know I have someone else?s sandwich not eventhe sandwich I went through TEACHING an employee there. Not just how to MAKE an Italian sandwich but apparently also HOW tofollow simple rules oh and ALSO HOW TO PAY ATTENTION to your customer.After allll of that went home with someone else?s BBQchicken sandwich of some sort cold. Never going back. I told the guy with the tattoo on his hand that I don't eat cheese 3x and he still gave me a broccoli cheddar... soup because they ran out of chicken noodle soup. I had to go back and return the soup and he failed to make it right. Hecouldn't follow simple directions and lacks customer service skills. P.S. I waited forever in the drive-thru for my order.Never again. Read more
Service is pretty good, relatively quick, could be a bit more personable, it's hit and miss. I would rather go to places with... above average food and Great customer service, than Great food and spotty customer service. You don't have to like what you doALL the time, but when you get paid to do it, you should play the role. Read more
