I called for a gondola and cheese balls on the menu it shouldn?t be 6.15 and 4.75. She quoted 16.00 plus so I asked why so... much since it should be like 11.00 plus tax she said in an annoyed voice they raised prices. I told her well!!?? This restaurant did an OUTSTANDING job for our group. We originally made a reservation for 20 people for 12:15p. We needed to... change it to 30 people and also asked if we could move up the time by an hour or 45 minutes. That was not a problem at all! Wewere all seated, drink orders taken and then food orders. Great food, reasonable prices, and kind attentive staff. I can't ask for more. Coming from Chicago, I was impressed with their... pizza. That says something to me. The selection isn't huge, but to me that's a plus because it means they can focus on makingwhat they serve perfect. I think they do just that. I will be most definitely be going back for more! Visiting the East Peoria and we were told by the hotel desk member about Avanti's. We ordered the rotini with tomato sauce, the... cheese ravioli with chicken and chicken Parmigian. All three meals were good. The bread was warm and soft that was served withmeal. The was friendly and the order was served quickly. Looks like a lot of locals come to this restaurant too. Read more
