So, this place has been on my foodie bucketlist for awhile now. Everytime we are close to this area, someone has always picked... somewhere else to eat. So, we were in the vacinity today, and we thought well great, we'll meet up with some of our friends, andtry it out. We were seated fairly fast, around 12:30, our waitress had our drinks out quickly, our food was super fast and bothour waitress and server were extremely nice and friendly. The place was completely filled by 1pm. Not to hot inside. The tempwas comfortable. The decor was very shipwrecked and shabby. The menu has shrunk in items, from what the menu looked likepreviously uploaded in pictures. On to our food, this is where we took some stars away. 3 Burgers with crinkle fries. 1 FishPlatter. My husbands burger had no flavor, very bland and dry. He has never NOT finished his burger anywhere that we have everbeen to, until today. My fish, I thought was ok. Everything was edible, the chips and coleslaw were good. It took us 45 min fromstart to finish, Seated to goodbyes! We were gone for about 1 hr, and I started getting sick in the vehicle. I was the only onewith the fish platter out of our party of 4. Maybe it was a sign from the *Food Gods* don't get a fish platter at a place calledthe *Burger Barge* I was really excited to try this place out. Everyone hyped this place up. I doubt we'll be back. We just feltreally rushed eating. The Women's restroom had no working lock, the door had to be jammed shut and kicked to open. It's not acomplete bad or good review. Just in the middle. The food was spectacular even though the restaurant wasn?t that great looking. Its designed as a barge shack and the decor... really brings in the feel. It has a welcoming small burger place atmosphere. The staff were amazing and friendly. They keptchecking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely not a place to judge based on appearance because you willmiss the delicious and creative burger combinations. I had the steak and egg burger that was so delicious and filling. Thefunnel cake fries are a must have with plenty of powdered sugar (hint - ask for more and they give you a side of powdered sugar)The music was great and outside tables were clean. Read more

This was our first visit and they did not disappoint. Wonderful selection of burgers, and it was $2 raspberry margaritas day,... yummy. Just an FYI, the big Kahuna burger was as round as my big German noggN (maybe not but it was big). You can definitelysplit it. Fried clams were good too. Be careful women when using the restroom, you may get stuck in there as the door seems tostick. Makes for a funny story though. We will definitely be back Read more
I had wings, shrimp skewers, and a burger. Everything was very good. Nice place for a walk. Friendly people. Seems to only be... open on the weekend, but I'm glad I stopped in. Food was great, and the site was cool to see. I highly recommend checking thisplace out when in the Peoria area! Read more
Always love going here. If you are pretty hungry, don't be afraid of the Big Kahuna version of any burger. It looks really big,... but definitely fills you up! The bun is nicely toasted and doesn't compress much, so expect to take a bite from the to and thebottom. If too much, take the rest home. Great flavors and I recommend the bourbon burger. Stop in a little early for a mimosato go with your burger or sandwich. Read more
