My wife and I were traveling back from Carbondale and it was late so we did the online order. When I got there the pick up was... very easy, however.....when I got to the car to check the order the chips and caso dip was not in the bag. I went back in andthey had run out of chips. They gave me an 800 number to call to get a refund. My only complaint is that they didn't tell mewhen I picked up the order. If I would have waited to check the order after getting home I would have had to call in and gothrough extra steps....just make sure to check the order before leaving the store if you are getting takeout. Rude Staff, filthy tables, Out of drinks and veggies. Ample staff to restock or remake it but lack of committment from staff. Absolutely adore chipotle -- tried the new guajilo steak and ive unfortunately come down with food poisoning (I intermittent... fast and eat nothing else the whole day) it's isolated to my stomach and the doctor said 100% it's food poisoning. Chicken was cold and tough. The tacos were poorly made. Shells seemed old. The guacamole looked old and did not taste like it... normally does. Food quality has gone downhill. Will not be back Read more

Love Chipotle!! Unfortunately this location has some issues and I would not recommend. I was there before 8 pm, a full 2 hours... before they closed? they were out of multiple items on the options for your burrito or bowl and had no one cooking or working tomake up for these deficiencies. There was at least 5-6 different workers present and yet the store was dirty with many tablesthat needed attention. To top that off they sold the people in front of me fountain drinks without telling them that thefountain drink machine was not working and their only real option for a drink was lemonade. The portions were terrible. I had to ask for more rice 3 times before I finally got a normal size portion. Then they were out of... steak. It was fine?. Then they were out of fajita veggies?. The food was delicious as usual. However, I paid for my meal with cash which was then placed in a tip jar because they did not... have cash in the drawer. My total was right at $11, and I paid with a $20. I never got any change back and was never made awareof the fact that they had no cash, nor was it offered to make change using the cash in the tip jar. Had I known about the cashsituation, I would have just used a card. I'm pretty disappointed in the fact that my money was just taken with no effort forconcession/settling the issue. Read more
