Great, clean fast food. A step above the rest. The first time I ever tried Culver?s was in Ohio. They had an AMAZING real-fruit,... frozen blueberry-lemonade. I travel all across the United States for work & haven?t been to another Culver?s with this rarefrozen treat. I just had the BEST experience here - I don?t normally write reviews, but this store deserves praise. I ordered ahead on their... website, as I have a busy schedule today. I pulled up to the CurdSide pickup parking spot, and was instructed to click ?I?mhere!? In the email. Before I could click the button, the general manager brings out my food, wearing the full Culver?s uniform.I specifically did not ask for sauce, and he made sure that I did not want any before driving off. I always expect a wait in the drive thru at this location. However, the other night was not very busy during my most recent... visit. I waited almost 10 minutes in line from order to the window and then another 5 minutes pulled forward waiting on asmoothie. I finally went inside to try and speed up the process only to see the smoothie sitting on the counter and threeemployees ignoring it. I was not happy. The shakes alone are worth the trip - and I can eat the fries alone & feel that the trip was SO worth it. They serve great... burgers - but because no one's perfect... make certain that you ask for a 'freshly-made' fish sandwich. Still - I'll ALWAYS goback for a large strawberry shake. Definitely did not expect to write a review for Culver's. With excellent service recovery on the part of the manager, a positive... review is a must. He was super quick to resolve the issue and gave me my money back for the item. They gave me a scoop of icecream for all 3 kids and turned the single into a double Butterburger! 5 stars for care. Who in the actual hillbilly heck put this store together. The big electrical box in front of the menu in the drive thru blocks... part of the actual menu. You can't see a menu until you are actually at the pay booth.( poor person has to sit out in the coldin the little hit.) This makes the line very slow. They have a qr code back a ways but the lights from cars behind you blockyou from taking a picture so once again no menu. People very nice though and food always good. Read more
