If you don't mind paying more money for the same food at different times of the day. Bought a combo, menu says 13.49 was charged... almost $21 and there was no up-sizing of anything all because it was after 11pm. Horrible customer service!! Down right rude, and unwilling to honor what the sign says. (Yes, I understand it?s a mistake) but,... when I ordered a single western bacon cheeseburger and the total is just pennies shy of $10.00!?! NO! Not a chance. I should beable to get a meal for the same price. When I asked to double check that she didn?t charge me for a meal I got barked at, andupon further complaining I was basically told to go f@*k myself, and that things just cost more at night. I will be complainingto corporate about this visit! Maybe if I could afford a single cheeseburger I wouldn?t be so HANGRY, and let it go. Nottonight!! Whoever was the manager on September 15th is an embarassment of a manager and does not deserve to have a job as management. I... went through the drive through at approximately 11:17 PM at the hardees located at East peoria. I stated I had a doordash. Thelady got on the phone and said, im sorry, I had a doordash driver be rude to me so I will not be accepting anymore doordashorder. Apparently this manager should have a job making safe places for people because she does not deserve to be management norhave the emotional and mental capacity to even work at hardees in general. I was a different driver picking up a different orderand she still refuses to do her job. Somebody call the Whambulance. Read more
Must be hard to find somebody that puts pride in their work. Ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich and it came back about a golf... ball size piece of ham balled up on one end no cheese stale bread. Worst sandwich I've ever had from a Hardee's. Read more
I?m so unhappy with my choice of lunch today. I ordered 2 $5 boxes, one chicken tender and the other cheese burger with onion... rings. For starters, I hadn?t been to Hardee?s in a while and I really wanted onion rings. They asked me what kind of sauce formy tenders, and I told the lady honey mustard. I get back to work. I bought lunch for a co worker and realized they never gaveme the sauce I asked for. Not only that but no straws for ours drinks. On top of that my onion rings where horrible. Like thewere stale as is they?ve been sitting since morning time. I thought maybe it was just an old one from earlier but no, they wereall nasty. I called back twice and not one time was I offered for it to be replaced. The woman says, I?ll tell my girls to theyneed to do better. This was by far the worse lunch experience I?ve had with Hardee?s, never again will I waste my time or moneyon them. So disappointing. Update: after reading the reviews, It blows my mind that Hardee?s employees are asking for $15 anhour. They don?t even deserve to have a job there. This place is joke. Read more
If I could Give no stars for this restaurant I would! repeatedly I come here during hours they?re supposed be open they?re... supposed be 24 hours and I cant get service anytime after 2 am.
