Food was good & hot. But the staff definitely could use a lesson on customer service! Very rude woman when we ordered & at the... guy at the window acted like it was an inconvenience when we asked for condiments. The guy with glasses (night shift) actuallyslammed the window on us twice. Once when he handed our food out & again when he was extremely annoyed after we ask forcondiments. I understand everyone has bad days but you shouldn't be taking it out on customers. Definitely will be awhile beforewe visit again ???? Read more
It was after 9pm used the drive thru .The food was cold also the fries were cold .The cheese was not melted at all on the burger... just like it was added quickly and never melted over all bad time to relay on the people working inside at that time.Probablydifferent on the day shift. Read more
The person that took our order was very polite and very attentive I ordered the salmon tacos and they were hot all the way... through very good my wife ordered the chili dog cheese dog and it was also very hot temperature wise our service was good andthe person behind the counter came out and checked on us and see how our food was which was very nice of her she also cleanedour table and picked up our Garrett from the table we were very impressed with a fast food restaurant we will definitely come. The fish didn't have much flavor. The fries were greasy. The best thing of the whole meal was the hush puppies. We got our meal... through the drive thru. There was 3 of us. It wasn't worth the 43.00 that we spent. Read more

Every time I go and get food to go, there is something wrong with the order. EVERY TIME. It is 24 miles round trip for me to get... food for home. I do not do this much and am tired of calling to complain. This time not only did they have a missing side, thefood was covered it burnt particles. I know if I call, they always give some kind of free item, but if I want it, I have to makea trip again, and spend more money to make it worth the trip. I just want my order right the first time. I rarely eat outbecause I can cook way better food at home. Now add the cost of gas, added food and it is just better if I just goelsewhere........ Read more
I love Long John silver's it is the best food ever I love the fish of the fries I even love those little things call the little... crutches. I haven't been able to go there for 20 years and that night it was at dinner I ever had. The people are friendly thebathrooms are clean and it was it hasn't changed it's been really good place.
