Every time they mess up the order, I was in a hurry last night, 8:30pm..had 2 separate orders, and she actually SIGHED at me... when I said I had a separate order, I said did u just sigh at me?? This was still through the drive through speaker, she saidno. I told her it was rude to SIGH at her customers! Drive through was not working correctly. We were there around 930am on a Sunday morning. Husband went inside was not very busy... inside took 30 min to get order when Husband got to car to check it. ( usually checks before but was over it) items were missingfrom our order. My husband over heard Manager say to employees this is the 4th incorrect order in just a short amount of time.We generally do not go to this McDonald's due to continuous problems. Read more
