Every time they mess up the order, I was in a hurry last night, 8:30pm..had 2 separate orders, and she actually SIGHED at me... when I said I had a separate order, I said did u just sigh at me?? This was still through the drive through speaker, she saidno. I told her it was rude to SIGH at her customers! Fantastic Playland! My kids loved it and it was a welcome diversion. You know the food and it was what is expected. The dining... room was in need of some tidying up but that was minor. I appreciated that it was close to Big Lots so my wife could shop inpeace. Read more

Disgusting dining area. Flies and gnats everywhere, crawling all over ketchup dispenser. All tables were dirty. Garbage was... overflowing from all receptacles. Floors were sticky. Whole place had a weird odor. Damp feeling air. Not busy and it took 23minutes to get food. Cold, unsalted fries. Young girls working were more interested in talking to guys who came in. Read more
The play area has a door that closes to the rest of the restaurant so kids can't run out, as well as a bathroom inside. It's a... bit difficult for very small children to climb the whole inside though. The staff are incredibly friendly and very patient withkids just being kids. Read more

Drive through was not working correctly. We were there around 930am on a Sunday morning. Husband went inside was not very busy... inside took 30 min to get order when Husband got to car to check it. ( usually checks before but was over it) items were missingfrom our order. My husband over heard Manager say to employees this is the 4th incorrect order in just a short amount of time.We generally do not go to this McDonald's due to continuous problems. Read more
