I am on the road for work so I stop by a lot of McDonalds locations - this is certainly in the bottom 35% of them. The first... thing I noticed was that the floor was dirty and some of the chairs were visibly damaged. The food was okay. It was hot, butthe crispy chicken sandwich, which is usually quite good, was somewhat stringy and trying to take one bite led to 1/4 of thesandwich coming off the bun seen in the pictures attached. Swung by here on Thanksgiving Day, was excited that they were open, but it was drivethru only, no sign on ANY of the three... entrance doors, walked all the way to the door only to find it locked.. Smh. They weren't especially busy, but they weren'tespecially fast either. Sandwiches were made pretty sloppy and the wife's cheeseburger tasted like it might have been in the bina little too long. It's fast food, I get it, but it sure would be nice if "America's institution" could raise their game alittle... Read more

Definitely better than most McDonald's! McDonald's fries and everything has been downhill. Since 1998 probably. But people still... go there and they make a lot of money. I would say try other places local. Bad product but not from this place but justMcDonald's in general people definitely visit this place if you like McDonald's Read more
Stopped by last evening for a coffee with a buddy. Place wasn't busy but the shift manager was the nicest you could ask for. ... Made sure it was fresh and went out of his way to be helpful. A good asset they have there. Wish him the best. Read more
The food was ok. The fries were fresh, the meat and cheese and stuff on the mcdouble were spot on delicious. That bun though,... that bun was burnt. I only gave 2 stars because the fries were good and the patties fresh and the service was fast andfriendly. But that bun messed up the whole experience. Read more
I and my daughter went to this McDonald?s at 12:16 pm in the afternoon. We ordered a happy meal and fries with drinks. The food... tasted fine at first, and then my throat began to feel like I had eaten menthol. I thought that maybe it would dissipate,however half an hour later and my mouth is still burning like I?ve eaten menthol. The burning is in the mouth and throat. Icalled the restaurant to inform them and ask them to check their food out. However, the manager told me that their food wasfine, and nothing was wrong with their food. I?m not sure what was in our food, but I?m certain that something was wrong withthe food. Read more
My husband asks me if we want to go into McDonald's to eat for once since we always go thru drive thru. I said probably not... because the inside is never open, he said no it should be all of them are open now because cobid restrictions have been liftedand every restaurant is open inside besides McDonald's. You know it's sad that I called it and it's every single McDonalds inthe Illinois area. Went to Florida a couple weeks ago and had the best McDonald's experience I've had in over 5 years. Food andservice was great. I am 30 years old and literally have Been eating McDonald's since I was a baby... It has def gone down hillso bad that I don't even want to spend a penny anymore at McDonald's. Yal need help!!!! And open the inside so people can sitdown and enjoy yals food and socialize but I guess McDonald's doesn't want that! Read more
