I ordered the 5 piece signature chicken, 2 can dine, spicy (through the app). Only received 4 pieces of classic (not spicy)... chicken. App didn't offer Cajun rice as an available side, despite being out since June and a sign in the window saying it'sback. Food was tasty and hot, though. Read more
The employees that work hear do not like white people and make it obvious. You will also never hear them say the word thank you... or anything friendly. The food is never fresh, if they don't have what you want that is fresh they tell you all will take 30minutes knowing that you won't wait that long. I ordered a 12 piece and got no breast, 1 thigh, 3 legs and the rest were allwings. So I spent $40 on $8 worth of dried out chicken. Read more
Waited 4 mins at counter when employee stated they had just received a $200 order from the drive up window and there wouldn?t be... any chicken left for us. I told them we would go elsewhere. Sent Corporate same complaint. Just wanted to taste spicychicken. Will stick with KFC. Read more
I have never been to a place with more disrespectful workers. Went to the drive through and left because I was being yelled at... when I asked if they had any spicy chicken available. They had no honey, no tea, no soda, no spicy chicken. She literally toldme I need to just make up my mind, but everything I was asking for was out so I was just trying to figure out what I couldorder. I was uncomfortable and drove away and the worker started screaming and cussing out the window when I drove by because Ididn?t complete the order. Just shocked. I used to love going here. Employees were friendly, quick and the place was always clean. A couple years later the place was... discombobulated because of staff overhaul likely caused by covid. It's sad because this used to be the best fast food place inthis part of town. The place I used to go to all the time when I wanted fast food is now where I will never go. Read more

I love Popeyes (the chain) but my meal today was absolutely beyond excuses. My "chicken sandwich" was two buns with two tiny... chicken tenders, not the chicken that is reserved for the chicken sandwich. I'm talking chicken tenders so small that they don'teven pop out the side of the bun. Add onto that the "chicken sandwich" was thrown into a bag for the beignets, not the chickensandwich packaging, without much care. It was literally two buns with some chicken tenders thrown in. The "sandwich" wasn'teven put together when I received it. Whoever made this order should honestly be fired. I could have walked in and made my ownorder correctly myself with zero training. Absolutely pathetic. The rest of the food was pretty garbage too. This locationneeds to close down and it needs to be reported to corporate. Read more
