The staff that made our order were excellent at their jobs and they should receive a gold ???? or at least a massive raise for... putting up with old people who can't figure out how to order.... gotta love old people and technology. Read more

Your employees are in such a hurry to know everything you want, including ingredients before they're even ready with gloves on..... Then they just completely screw the order up since they can't remember ANYTHING! Is it too much to ask to have somethingstrained?? Or even have products available? Not have lids? Out of certain fountain soda? Everything is a battle with youremployees and their attention span! Their faces look like they are completely upset with me even being there.. East Peorialocation NEEEEEEEEDS HELP!!!!!!! This was over an hour before closing and yet they're already breaking down?? Sounds likeeveryone is just ready to leave.... If you are only 65% stocked with inventory, does that mean I only have to pay 65% of mytotal bill!?!?!?!?!? Read more

The food was good and the employee was friendly. We were there at 8:15pm and the girl said they stopped serving shrimp at 8.... They were out of hamburger meat. They were out of straws. They were out of most fountain soda varieties. They were out of sometoppings. Truck was coming the next day. Read more

Was having a rough 4th of July until one of the workers at the Qdoba in East Peoria, Il greeted us at the door with a smile,... listened intently to our orders and gave us large helpings of each item, and then proceeded to pay for our food himself. Some ofthe best, most generous service I?ve ever received at any restaurant. The workers were more than happy to serve us and make ourdays a little bit better. Definitely made my day. Read more

We were in town for a tourney. My kid loves Q-Doba. But just walking in I had this feeling. The 2 ladies were great, downfall... was flies flying around, dead ones in the tins that weren't being used in front so customers can see them. The rice wasn't fullycooked, and I think I got like 10 pieces of shredded lettuce in my bowl and way over did the cheese. My kid couldn't even eather bowl of food due to the issues. Read more

I used to stay in Qdoba EP bc I loved the food. I havent eaten here much lately and am not real sure I want to go back. At 7pm,... they were out of numerous items: brown and whit rice was low...had to scrape it from bottom of pan. There was a wait forchicken, steak, fajita vegetables, queso was gone. Also the soda dispenser was out of order. The staff that was there at thetime lacked a sense of urgency(was not bothered that there was a line forming behind me and that we were all waiting for itemsthat were running out/gone. Packaging was rough also. They had no lids for the burrito bowls or the larger queso bowls;theyinstead toped them with aluminum foil. I just did not have a great time on this visit. To top it off, my queso wasnt evengood...???? Read more

Review Date: January 6th, 2012 Q?doba. The very first stop on my Travel List. A brief telling of how my travels came to be.... With Q?doba being my first place visited on my Travel List, it seems fitting to share for those who don?t know. The year was2011. The location was my job. The setting was boredom. My train of thought wandered to how I haven?t seen a lot of the thingsto see in Chicago and St. Louis. I started a list of things to do those cities and fast forward 8+ years and I?ve been to 550+unique places. Q?doba has the distinction of being the first. Cassey, Danielle, Tim, Matt and I made dinner plans shortly afterthe start of the new year and to start off my traveling adventures. We descended upon Q?doba with no idea what fun was to be hadthis evening. We all approached the counter and Danielle had to help me order as I was completely new to the experience. Oh, howinnocent and clueless I was back then. Still am clueless but better at ordering food at restaurants. It took awhile for all ofus to get through the food assembly line as it was mostly a new experience for us all and it was dinner time. Once we had ourfood, we sat down and the shenanigans began. This was a night to remember. Or try to remember 8 years later. As we sat there andate our food, we told many jokes, riffed on each other and laughed until our faces and sides hurt. I have some videos that Irecorded from this dinner but those are a bit more personal than I would like to share. Trust me when I said it was a fun grouphaving maximum fun. Enough of that. How was the food? It was good! I haven?t been back since 2012 but I do remember the foodbeing really good and wondering why I hadn?t been there sooner since I drove by and still drive by this place all the time. WhatI ordered is a memory lost to time but I remember being sufficiently stuffed afterwards. If you like to order food and watch itbe made right in front of you while you dictate the toppings (think of Subway), then you Read more
