The food is SO GOOD, delicious Lemon cake ???? and tasty Garlic fries it sill be better with more garlic sauce.

After more than 5 minutes, I chased down a server who was congragating with other staff sharing pics. Took awhile to get... server back to order fries refill. Ordered dessert. I went at a less peak busy time and service was great this time. I did have to ask for refills on sweet potato fries, but they... brought it out quickly. It was my birthday burger and I love that they do that! They did forget to put my carmalized onions onmy burger, but she brought some out to me. Staff was Great from greeting at the door and throughout our visit. Very attentive.

Went there last night to get dinner with the family. There were five of us. The hostess greets us and says let me find a table... for you. Then she and the other hostess, one was one was older and one was younger, both walked past us two times each after theinitial greeting. They then meet together at the hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes for them to say "The waitfor a table is going to be 45-60 minutes.... sorry about that, no hard feelings" and then went on to talk to the next people inline which had two people. I then had to tell her hang on, put me on the wait list. And her response was "but the wait is anhour, you really want to wait an hour." I'm not sure who trains these people, obviously whoever is in charge here does not knowhow to run a restaurant or have people trained in simple customer service. I will not be back to this location. If you?re like me and like {bottomless} fries & burgers, then Red Robin is a great place to go. I typically get the Haystack... Tavern Double Burger and at least two rounds of their fries with ranch. We even tried out their zucchini fries, which wethought were pretty good. Read more
