The crew at the East Peoria Starbucks is the best. I'm a regular, for sure, and it's a great start to the day with the "hello,... how are you this morning" and such. And I see this with other clientele, as well. The crew is friendly, they take pride in whatthey do and are always wanting to assure you, the customer, are taken care of. In just a very few times there's been an issue,it's an immediate and sincere "let's make it better" response. Starbucks is definitely my go-to for coffee. This particular Starbucks on the other hand, while oh good, offers a parking lot... that is difficult and tight to navigate. To be honest, the drive-thru is probably the best option because the line will wraparound the building which will inhibit parking. Read more

I would come here on every break when I worked in the same lot. Excellent staff. Excellent coffee. The only time I have to wait... longer than a few minutes for my drinks to be done is when they are packed. Even then the team still gets them out at areasonable speed. Very nice people on staff. They take the time to explain how I can have my drink at a cheaper price andusually remembered my order when I came in (a true testimony to how often I went there). Loved it. Read more
Nice, new location. Parking lot is a bit cramped, but indoor space is nice! Google supplied WiFi is solid, although when they... first opened it was a little slow, my speed test on 5/11/2019 shows it's been significantly upgraded (35down/8up vs before itwas only 1up). The baristas are very friendly. They messed up my friend's order but graciously made another one when asked. Haven't tested the... WiFi. The indoors look nice. Not a fan of the long-table seating. The parking is definitely not a good design. Someone who wantsto get to the drive-thru has to wait for the other cars backing out of the lot. The signage can be confusing there. Read more
They can't make drinks correctly to save them. As usual half my requests on both orders were ignored, resulting in 2 inches of... my venti drinks missing. Don't like paying $6.50 for 2/3s of my drinks. Read more
