My friends and I went in to grab a quick lunch because we had somewhere to be. To start the service was painfully slow. The... people in front of us were being disrespected as well. They were rude to a man who didn?t speak English very well and oneemployee gave an elderly woman attitude. They were not wearing name tags so we can not identity them. When I ordered I did notfeel very welcomed. When the lady could not hear me she didn?t ask me to repeat myself but rather she just gave me a glare. The vegetables were half rotten (tomatoes, green peppers looked disgusting). The flatbread was stale (hard texture and stale... taste). The dining area had smashed lettuce on the floor, nearly all of the tables were dirty, and looked like it had not beencleaned since the prior day. I will not be going back to this location. Very disgusting and dirty. Only half the lights worked so it was very dark in there.... But then again this walmart is rather nasty too. The male with the dreadlocks was the only employee working when I went with my2 boys. He did not prepare the order right and then he proceeded to yell at my son when my son asked if he could have a cookie.The worker didnt even crack a smile and a very firm voice. He had his music turned up so loud, probably why he messed up ourorder since he prob couldnt hear me. He had his hair flinging all over the place and was just very unprofessional. Read more
Your employee Terrance McCall was phenomenal!!! He did an outstanding job ! Employees like such are very rare and hard to... find! I am not from the area I was visiting my mother at a near by nursing home ... we were shopping for her and stopped to getlunch and a few extra sandwiches for her , Terrance was helpful, speedy , professional & as I said phenomenal! He mostdefinitely worked with passion for his job , we ordered 6 foot long sandwich?s 3 were very similar but with a few changes therest were all different, he didn?t miss a beat ... he informed us of the deal your business had going on of buy 2 get one freeupon greeting and arrival which was welcoming and exciting! I myself have worked in food ... he did every procedure properly ,proper clean and speedy glove changes between every task! My teenage niece was even impressed.. she had never seen anyone changetheir gloves so many times ! Lol we were more than pleased with the service & above all thankful to see that such professional &kind ppl exist in this world!
