The cheeseburgers are the best. They may be run of the mill ordinary cheeseburgers but they are the only ones I will eat as I... generally don't like burgers. The funnel cake fries will give you that fair food fix when you need it. I've only ever had oneissue here but that was quickly resolved. I grew up eating wonder dogs at velvet freeze so I was so excited when my coworker told me about this restaurant. Today was my... second visit. I am very disappointed with the service I received today. On my first visit my wonder dogs were delicious overflowing with meat sauce, which is the reason you get them. But, the lady who gave me my order was not very friendly. She askedother customers if they needed ketchup etc. She never asked me. She just sat my order on the counter with no thank you not evena smile. I ignored it and gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, today I felt like she didn?t want my business. Mywonder dogs were terrible. The hot dogs, all 6 beef btw, were undercooked with more onions than meat sauce. Once again shecalled my name and just sat my order on the counter and walked away. There were other bags on the counter. I wanted to makesure I was grabbing the right one. I asked her if that was my order. She very rudely said yes. It?s obvious she has a problemwith people of color and definitely do not want our business. I don?t care if I?m craving wonder dogs I will never return. I?ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I've been eating Wonder dogs for 30 years, this is my favorite Coney dog and I've ate them all over the US! Buy a bag and enjoy.
Update: Jan 5, 2020 ? Thanks Wonderdog, you've officially ruined my go-to after shopping Costco hotdog. I can't eat that anymore... because it's terrible and yucky compared to the wonderdog with the works I ate last week. ???? Dec 31, 2019 ? I've loved wonderdogs since they were in the old velvet freeze. Very good chilli dogs still the same today as they were twenty... or thirty years ago. The store is very old school and the workers are very friendly. Prices are still reasonable despite all therecent inflation. Read more
