This particular Burger King in East Petersburg Pennsylvania was very adequate in speed quality and friendliness. The gentleman... at the drive-thru was more than courteous made sure he asked if we needed any sauces ketchups salt pepper he greeted us hethanked us with a very polite smile and no hidden anger was a very pleasant experience and this is happened more than once sinceI do live in the area and it's my daughter's favorite I cannot speak of the morning crew or the night crew anywhere from lunchto dinner a very good experience and quality made fast food if that's the thing if you're a fast food lover like myself there'snothing worse than going to a fast food place and getting old mushy or overdone fries or onion rings bread that is stale badservice and zero friendliness I do not find that at this particular Burger King I find it to be a very pleasing experience Read more

Went to get food from this location, got back home and found a fruit fly or some sort when I unwrapped to eat my burger.... Immediately I called and talked to a manager name chase. I explained the situation and when I told him he was dead silent. Hisresponse was he didn't know what to say. Poor customer service, didn't apologize, nothing. Well I just spent $12.48 on a whopper with cheese meal. Medium. And I got a bottle of water, and a 8piece chicken nuggets. I... thought for that kind of money that the fries and nuggets would be fried in clean good tasting oil. They were not!!! I could noteven eat them!! Thanks a lot Burger King!! Food was great but the coffee tasted like it was made the day before and was left in the burner over night ????
I keep trying this location in hopes that I just may have had a bad experience or maybe they just had a rough day, but nope,... it's all the time. I have gone at various times my last 4 or 5 times there, and every time I have to wait at least 20-25 minutesin the drive-thru from start to finish. And by the time you get your food, you just want to get the heck out of there, then onlyto realize that something is wrong with your order, every time! The workers there are nice, but it doesn't make up for the slowservice and poor quality. I will no longer be using this location, and I suggest that anyone reading this do the same. Read more
