If I can give this Dunkin zero stars I would. I just experienced something awful. This gentleman was waiting for over 10 minutes... and finally said something and the one guy was super rude. Then another guy came out from the back and told him there?s a bellthere to make it easier and the gentleman. Another guy came from the back cursed at him and told him to get out the store cursedthis gentleman out and told him to get out that he?s not going to serve him. Don?t go to this Dunkin! It?s a joke! They need toreplace the whole staff! I was cursed out 3 months ago on the drive through because of what I ordered. This is insane! You callcorporate and they do absolutely nothing about it. This place is a complete fiasco! Like all the other Dunkin Donuts locations they switched to a commissary system (the donuts... are made at some other location and shipped here). This system flat out doesn't work if you're someone who likes a particulardonut because nine times out of ten they won't have what you want. In my case all I want is the regular Old Fashioned Donutwhich they almost never have. For months I've told them to simply order more of these and they've proven totally inept at this- or unwilling. Usually come to drive thru and never have had a problem. Girl or lady who was at the drive thru had such a big attitude. I... asked what kinds of donuts they had available and she sighed extremely loud it really bugged her. I didn't end up gettinganything i was really upset. Food is always good & staff is always friendly. LUV their sour creme & chive bagel minis & their roasted tomato avocado toast. ... A visit or 2 is a part of my regular weekend routine. They don't open before 5am & I start work at 5am, otherwise, I wouldvisit on my way to work during the week. I do, however, stop in on my way home from work sometimes. Read more
The doors are still locked so after buckling my granddaughter back in the car seat I proceeded to the drive-thru. There was no... one on front of me so I proceeded to the window. The woman there said "you can't order here, you have to use the speaker" so Idrove all the way around the building and stopped and ordered. The cashier at the drive thru is great, but always either alone or with very slow help. However, today (9/8/20), she was serving... food with an uncovered cast on her hand, up to her forearm. Not very appetizing, even though she may or may not be cooking thefood/getting drinks/touching drink lids. Anyway - ordered the new Snackin' Bacon. It was so greasy, the bag ripped. The baconwas barely cooked. Never mind the bacon also had large chunks of burnt pieces of ? maybe from a dirty pan? .. It was NOT pepper.The drive thru window looks like it has never been washed since the place opened. I have never, in 3 or 4 years, seen it clean.Every time I think things may be different, and I stop by again, I regret spending my money here. Read more
I go to Dunkin all the time but only once at this location. Awful. I had paid for my order on the app and went through the drive... thru. After waiting a very long time not a single car went forward. 2 cars in front of me ended up getting out of line. Therewas one car in front of me and after 15 minutes they did not answer this car. I couldn?t get out of line because there were carsbehind me. They are completely ignoring the drive thru and not sure what?s going on. The people inside are being taken care of.It?s been half an hour now and I?ve been sitting here unable to get out. Read more
