An absolute disgrace of a Chickfila. Never had such a horrible experience with one before like here. My entire order was either... incorrect, missing, or tasted horrible. The employees here are slow, stupid, and rude. It took 30 minutes to get through themaybe 8-9 cars in front of me, and the inside wasn't even open. I spoke with the GM and another manager over a few days aboutgetting a refund and they acted like they have no abilities. Told me I should have brought the food back when I live an houraway and just picked it up on my way home. So I ordered the club and the picture is what I got! Look like someone ate off the sandwich and may I add that this isn?t even a... club sandwich! Called and the so called manager telling me to bring it back at 9:50pm and they close at 10! People are tired ofspending hard earned money on slop!!! Then having to burn gas to return it! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I am never in the habit of giving 1 star. But this location really blew my mind. I... had never seen a single location with this franchise so messy! Trash everywhere. The store is falling apart. Staff congregatingoutside while the line waited for ONE person to take orders. The only thing "nice" about this location is the grass across thestreet. Absolutely the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes!!!! Totally ridiculous. I?m still... upset when I think about how long we sat in line. They only have 1 lane for drive thru orders and they still move quickly. My son and I both got our food exactly how I ordered... it, and everything was hot and fresh. You do have the option to dine-in too. This was a great stop for lunch because the servicewas fast and the food was good! Read more
This is the worst chic fil a ever. The workers are lazy and ghetto. There is no my pleasure or service with a smile. Just smart... remarks and slow service. Everybody act like they hate their job. They messed up half my order and the order was not complete at all. I had to ask for the last kids meal. Then stood there... another few minutes because they didn't put any of the ice-cream I ordered. This location is the exact opposite of what chick-fil-a is known for. There was no one taking orders. It took 20mins to get to... the window. In the meantime we downloaded the app placed our order. Once we made it through the line we were told to park. Afterwaiting another 15min we received the food. The food was normal just don't expect the normal service . Read more
