The wait time is very minimal if your whole party is present. Once my party was seated, we waited for a cook to show up for... about 15-20 minutes. Other than that, the food was great. I ordered the imperial dinner (steak, chicken, lobster, and shrimp). The food was seasoned well and cooked the way I like it. I did not like that the noodles were so thin. I?m used to Japanesesteakhouses serving the lo mein noodles. The fried rice was cooked to perfection. I loved that my proteins were seasoned withsalt, butter, lemon juice, and teriyaki sauce. I had a great experience overall and I will definitely be coming back. Read more

Regular poor chineese place. Sticky tables, servers don't know the menu, prices and barely speak English. Here is a picture of... philadelphia roll just to see how poor it looks. They put tiny avocado and tiny piece of fish inside just to remind you what didyou order I guess. What is on the picture cost 30$ Read more

This was our 1st time visiting this restaurant and we came hungry! We didn't feel like sitting through the show so we opted to... sit at a table near the sushi bar instead of the hibachi grill. Our food was cooked in the kitchen so it didn't take long toarrive. I really wanted to give Kiku at least 4 stars because my entree (Hibachi chicken & shrimp combo) was excellent..Hot,fresh and delicious! My sweet tea was absolute perfection! However, my soup was barely warm and my salad WAS warm and drenchedin dressing! The area I sat in wasn't very clean at all. The fried rice was an additional $3! And it was so freaking hot inthere that we only ate a few bites and left quickly! Also, they charge a 15% gratuity on EVERY bill regardless of party size! Inormally tip 20% and since the waiter deserved it, as he was very attentive and accommodating to our requests, I left some cashon the table. I MIGHT dine here again simply because my Hibachi meal was delicious!! Read more

Quick and pleasant experience. Came with my husband on a Saturday night. I was hoping to find a seat at the bar because I... expected the wait time for tables to be long. But surprisingly, they didn?t look too busy. We still took our seats at the barand quickly ordered. Our food came out in record time ? I couldn?t believe it. The salmon fried rice was piping hot and yummy. The sushi and seaweed salad was also delicious. Our food came out even before our drinks. I gave 4 stars only because thefacility itself wasn?t very clean and looked a bit run down. It seems like they would benefit by some renovations. Read more

A family member birthday was Friday and she wanted to celebrate at a hibachi restaurant on Sunday. The price $$$ of meals was... not inexpensive. The cost of 2 adults and 3 kids meal was $176 to include $25 gratuity and $11 taxes. A tip was requested onthe side and I was not able to keep itemized bill. A tip was given. A parent complained that fried rice was not part meals.Or, these meals had fried rice charged separately. The minimum charge of a kids meal was $17.95. Any combination of steak and chicken meals was $23-$29. Sweetened drinks cost was $13.45 and only Pepsi products available. Waiter was specific in askingif everyone wanted fried rice with meals. The heat of fire from the entertainment was immense. Based on our dining location, we could feel on our arms and necks heat from other parts of the room. There is a separate sushi bar and other areas of diningwithout the grill. Wait times were less than 30 minutes. Parking in area can be less than ideal due to many restaurants in thearea. There were three birthdays celebrated in the restaurant because members of Kiku helped to celebrate birthdays with drumsand a song. Patrons are allowed to take home their leftovers. All patrons at dining table received ice cream. Read more

The quality of the food has suffered over the years. I won?t be back. The have modernized putting salad shrimp in rice now very... small pre cooked shrimp and the flavor was almost none. Sooo, I come here every Wednesday for lunch and I usually have the same server and he?s great. But this time i had someone new,... & I didn?t receive my food in order and I received a nasty drink. I asked what was wrong and the bartender stated that theychanged the orange juice. Even though I did not drink it, I was still charged for it. I guess I have to find a new lunch spotfor Wednesday?s ugh! Read more

Very pleased with the decor, service and food. Drinks were good and great size as well. You won't be disappointed in the staff... friendly and humorous personalities. The portions of the food are enough for 2 servings. Highly recommend Read more
