CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ STOLEN CARD NUMBER at this location. I witnessed the cashier on 10/15/2022 at 6:13pm use her phone to record... a video or take a picture of my card. She literally had her phone in her hand and slightly tilted the screen towards me. Iassume she didnt know i was watching her. Thats when I saw she had her camera app open while my card was in her possession. Iwasn?t entirely sure if i saw what i know i saw because i wanted to have faith in humanity. So i didn?t say anything but i keptthe receipt just for the date and time stamp so if i had to file a police report i?ll have the correct information. As of today 11/08/2022 I received two transactions from my bank account I didnt make. One for $0.10 in miami Florida and another for $229.68from an auto parts place. If you have eaten at this location and the drive-thru cashier walked away from the window with yourcard to use it at the lobby register, please monitor your bank account as i did. Worst service ever! You pull up, they standing outside talking to people answering the drive thru from outside. This morning I went to Krystal?s around 1:30 AM. They told me the credit card machine was down, and I had to use cash only. And... the cash had to be exact change only! What kind of illegal activity is this?! You can?t sale me a product and not give me changeback for the difference. I also found out they shorted me a kystals burger when I got home.
