CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ STOLEN CARD NUMBER at this location. I witnessed the cashier on 10/15/2022 at 6:13pm use her phone to record... a video or take a picture of my card. She literally had her phone in her hand and slightly tilted the screen towards me. Iassume she didnt know i was watching her. Thats when I saw she had her camera app open while my card was in her possession. Iwasn?t entirely sure if i saw what i know i saw because i wanted to have faith in humanity. So i didn?t say anything but i keptthe receipt just for the date and time stamp so if i had to file a police report i?ll have the correct information. As of today 11/08/2022 I received two transactions from my bank account I didnt make. One for $0.10 in miami Florida and another for $229.68from an auto parts place. If you have eaten at this location and the drive-thru cashier walked away from the window with yourcard to use it at the lobby register, please monitor your bank account as i did. Worst service ever! You pull up, they standing outside talking to people answering the drive thru from outside. This morning I went to Krystal?s around 1:30 AM. They told me the credit card machine was down, and I had to use cash only. And... the cash had to be exact change only! What kind of illegal activity is this?! You can?t sale me a product and not give me changeback for the difference. I also found out they shorted me a kystals burger when I got home. I ordered from this location on 9/28/2022 and I spent almost $50. I received a confirmation that my order was received and... confirmed with a wait time of 66-77 minutes. I was fine with that and continued on. About an hour later I got a notificationthat my driver was picking up my order. Ten minutes later I get a notification that my order was cancelled because Krystalscould not fulfill the order. This type of service is atrocious. Having a customer wait over an hour for food that a storedecides they can't be bothered to make in unconscionable and there should be some type of repercussions or recompense. Read more
