Neighborhood kids were in the store playing with staffers. Management was not handeling the situation. Customers were leaving. I... ordered and item and was not told they were out of the item. So when I got to my destination, I found out they gave me 2 smallfries instead of the item I had originally ordered. This McDonald?s is horrible and needs a whole new change of staff. Their customer service and attitudes are terrible. I ordered... breakfast food well before 10:30 am but because lines were I did not arrive to the window until 10:32 am. They told me theydidn?t have the food anymore , which made no sense. Our first visit was ok, the lady that took our order was rude, but the food was alright. Our second visit there, when we arrived... in the drive thru, we were told that it would take 20 min for them just to take the order and we were told we had to wait untilthey were ready, this was at 6 pm folks. Then the lady came back on the intercom and said to us, what are you still waiting forand you can't wait here, go park somewhere. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. The WORST SERVICE, unorganized staff. The drive through is the worst I would recommend stopping here. I guarantee you encounter... some issues at this location. I waited 20 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal and a medium fries. I came drove through thedrive-thru and placed my order, paid get to the window to get my food I was immediately given my drink and instructed to park inthe reserved parking space. I waited patiently and so long story short I went in to calmly tell them I had been waiting for myfood and then had to wait for my food when getting into the store. My husband and I walked in a little after 9:00 pm. There were other people inside the restaurant. I went to the restroom and my... husband waited for me. The service is very bad! The staff is made up of some guys who are dating and loving each other on the inside! They don't give... good service! Service could be better. It wasn't busy at all. Employees need to be more focused to their customers.
