Pizza was very good, sauce and cheese tasted very fresh although couldn’t really taste the pepperoni. The bad about this spot... is how long it took! And even though the waitress Kyanna was very nice and made sure we had what we needed it would be betterfor her if she communicated to guests how long it’ll actually take, that way you can decide if you want to wait and not getirritated. Fresh ingredients, nice presentation, just okay prices especially when I discovered Blaze pizza and how they don't charge you... individually for every single little ingredient like Nancy's does.. you get a boatload of ingredients and sauces with Blaze ,comparable taste and quality for way less. The waitstaff was polite. The food was good. The environment was NOT pleasant. I visited the Campcrrek location 7/27 and the ... dining room was HOT! NO a/c we were literally melting which forced us to eat quickly and leave. Apparently this wasn't anisolated occurrence, the owners are aware and have not corrected the problem. I definitely will NOT visit this location againespecially during summer months. Read more
I absolutely enjoyed this spot. I was wanting a Chicago style deep dish pizza and Nancy's delivered. The waiter was... accommodating. Not too crowded at all. A nice experience. I was all set to drive to the location 14 miles north, but trafficstopped that. So I ended up on Camp Creek. Will definitely go back. Read more
We arrived around 7pm. Waited 5 minutes to be greeted. Another 10 minutes to be seated due to half the dining room having dirty... tables that needed to be cleaned and reset. Once we arrived to the table it was another 5-7 minutes before the waitress greetedus. She was in street clothes. No Nancy’s shirt like a few of the others. We were in front of 2 tables that housed employeekids (possibly the server kids as she was speaking at them in a personal manner. One of the young girls at the table was up anddown trying to help them clean the party room area. The other 2 young boys were back and forth around the restaurant and thekitchen. ), we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 thin & 1 deep. Server didn’t write anything down. Another table of 3 gentlemen sat downafter us. Ordered 3 pizzas. Ate and left by the time we finally received our pizzas. The server only came to communicate 1 timeabout the day 3 minutes before the pizza was ready. She brings out the deep, which we ordered a medium with 6 slices & received4 slices which is a small. Not the thin but never communicates whats going on with the thin. We thought she went to get it whenshe walked away but after 5 minutes of waiting for our daughter’s pizza, we start trying to get her attention as she was nowbehind the bar making drinks for the guest at the bar. Another team member walked past and noticed we needed help. She went overand asked our server to come to us because we were missing a pizza, she told that team member it needed to be remade and tookanother 5 minutes to come over as she went to the kitchen to wait for the pizza. She did apologize for the delay at that timebut the lack of service and communication throughout the 2 hour experience was poor. We asked for some compensation, the managerdecided $2 & some change was sufficient for poor service. Our pizzas were excellent! Nae, your service was great. Fire whoever is in charge of cleaning the restrooms. Like…today. I... know y’all are busy but naw, no excuse for that nastiness from any place serving food. I would have given 3 stars but Nae andthe pizza saved y’all a star. Great portions for the price. Read more
Ordered two pizzas and one is clearly burnt (the smell matched the visual). Called to report the concern and I've been on hold... for 40 minutes at this point and all I've been able to do was provide my order number. I would have preferred to have to waitlonger for something edible than to receive something that I cannot feed my children. The rating is for pulling a burnt pizzaout the oven and selling it as well as the extended wait time on the phone. If you order here make sure its in person or you'repicking up because if it's a delivery service there's no telling what you will get. UPDATE: An hour later and after speaking toan apologetic young lady I who placed me on a short hold the person who originally answered my call rectified the situation. I went to this pizza place for the first time on the day before my birthday - August 20th 2022, and the pizza was absolutely... delicious! I've always been wanting to come to this place to check out their food and such, and we always drove by it but neverwent in, so we finally got the chance to on that day. Great service, scrumptious pizza, perfectly cooked, and deliciouslyprepared. Along with a clean atmosphere and professionalism in the staff too. Great experience!!
