I went yesterday 11/6/22. We went around 8:30pm, was sat at 8:35pm. The wait was extremely long for everything. It took our... server Kanesha 30mins to come to our table to even order a drink. We were ready to order everything when she came so we did.Appetizers came after like 15mins not a unreasonable time but we didn?t get our drinks for an hour after sitting. My water wasempty majority of the night which was not ideal seeing as my other drink didn?t come for an hour. We had to speak to the managerabout our drink and slow service time. The manager never came back to even check if we got our drinks or food. We didn?t get anysalad (which they had to remake cause I asked for no onions or olives) or bread which was burnt until 9:50pm. They close at10pm. The food came after 10pm but it was hot. I?m not sure what the problem was but our server avoided us like the plague. Iknow this location just opened but they need a better management and service team. We couldn?t find our server so we flaggeddown Jaiya who was friendly and helped us get boxes. Let me start off by saying I planned on giving this newly open establishment a 1 star because it took almost 2.5 hours to get my... pick up to go order. I sat in the parking lot watching car after car get their to go orders and leave. I watch people go in anddine in and leave!! However, once the management and staff realized I had not received my food and I was still there ...stillwaiting....still starving.. ..they did everything they possibly could do to make it right WITHOUT me having to complain. Theyknew there were several balls dropped and they owned it. I have major respect for that. The manager Dee and the staff memberDarius were two of the most professional people I have encountered in the service industry. Owning mistakes and correcting themwithout the customer having to put forth the extra effort is top shelf. That is epic service. They went above and beyond tomake sure they made it right and did not stop until I left with a smile on my face. I'm the food was fantastic and we will goback! We all know on a Saturday night you gotta wait. We got seated about 35 minutes after arriving. The hostess was friendly. Then we... met our server, wish I could remember his name but he was awesome. I just ordered to-go for the first time here and had a great curbside experience. They were fast (I had food in my car in under... 5 minutes), extremely polite and friendly, and accurate. Both large orders came out perfectly correct. This was all done with acompletely full parking lot. We just finished our food and it was pretty good. I will definitely be returning!! Read more

I went to this newly opened Olive Garden in camp creek and was highly dissatisfied with the lasagna. The picture and the quality... did not match up. It was very bland with minimal cheese on top and throughout . The top layer was separated to give the illusionthat there was more food than there really was.
