DO NOT EAT HERE. Our flight was delayed so we decided to find food. Thinking Ruby Tuesdays would be convenient and quality we... came inside. When we sat we told our server we were on a time limit and we were ready to order everything. She kept coming backsaying ?I will be right with you?, because the hostess apparently sat 5 tables in her section in a short period of time whileentire other sections sat empty with servers lounging around. We went to the salad bar and there was no plates, croutons, ranchdressing, ham or pasta salad. When we flagged down the white manager guy he was flip and ambivalent as if he has given up onlife. He said well plates we can get but then he flagged down another guy who only carries out one thing at a time and he saidpasta salad was iffy, croutons they?d have to make as well as ranch. So I stood there and waited 15 minutes. They said theydidn?t have time to make the pasta salad. My sons one side order of Mac and cheese took 30 minutes. Drinks took 15 minutes.Activate your stretchy arms to reach way back to get cheese. It?s like they don?t want you to get it. Hey let?s put the peppersright in front. It is absolute horrible service. Service was prompt! Restaurant was very clean and well lit. Pete was our server I believe and he was phenomenal. Speedy with... refills, friendly, and kept us updated on our food status. Salad bar was well stocked and clean. Would return for sure! Read more
My waitress was awesome. She was so friendly and nice. The food was good. The smokehouse burger was tasty.
The Bar was awesome which was my first choice to be seated, however I was on Date?. The server act as if this was her first day.... Her name was Kendra! First n foremost PreBust your tables! Refill the guest drinks, ask if anything is needed! Upon greeting atable where is my water ! I really didn?t appreciate the service at all! The bartender was all that! Good place to eat and catch up with friends. Neat the airport. Recommend the broccoli ???? cheese soup. Had a rib eye with... baked potato. Steak was not cooked to order, but manager got it corrected. Steak was perfect after that. Waiter had mask on.Ruby's does have handicap ?? parking. The parking lot was full due to hotel parking.
