Absolute trash location! Drive through moves so slow I put my car in park several times! It?s also designed to where even if you... WANT to get out of line (which I do) you can?t. I set up a mobile order for 9:25 to pick up at the window and was told at 9:20 Ihave to get in the drive thru line, which of course was 30 cars deep! Here I am at 9:32 STILL 9 cars from the speaker! I came on 9/27 and got my drink around 11:49 am (this is what the ticket says) Based on the taste of my drink (which I get... regularly enough to know) it was not made correctly. I asked for extra pumps of what already was in it , no water & extrahot. Also, the woman at the window assured me that it was double cupped due to their lack of sleeves? it was not double cupped.This is a hazard. I personally was not affected by it cause the drink wasnt that hot but this indicates to me that thecommunication and attention to detail on the barista?s and the window person?s part needs improvement. This also let me knowthat my request of it being extra hot was not relayed either (I would have felt it). Granted, I did make the request after myticket was printed but I called the woman back to the speaker and made the request at the box, before I even had the chance toreach the window and there were two cars ahead of me. I ended up taking it home and doctoring it up myself and getting the tempI wanted. This location is very slow at making drinks. Poor customer service. I had a mobile order for pickup at 2:30pm. Didn?t leave... until at least 2:55. Out of all the people that worked there, only one guy asked me if I received all of my order. I had to askthem 3 times to receive all my items. Too slow for a high paced shopping center. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 isbecause of the one guy who acknowledged me. Read more

This location seems to always be very busy. The guy working mobile orders was acknowledging every order and letting us know what... he was working on at the moment. They were moving as fast at they could. Very impressed! Read more

I'm going to be honest this Starbucks isn't bad never had a problem with an order. The line is just way too long and it has... gotten worse. I go to the one further out in fairburn and just avoid it altogether. Maybe redesign the drive through set up ?It's in a very good location so they should def consider shutting down and reopening Read more

So I just left this Starbucks drive thru location I ordered and paid for two drinks one for myself & the other for my mother.... When the drinks were given at the window mine was incorrect and watered down, and my mothers looked correct however it was alsowatered down. They remade mines and my mother refused the remake because two days prior we were in the store and the same exactthing happened. My order and my mothers order had to be sent back to be corrected and the attitude I received for your employeesmistakes was absolutely unbearable!! this was the lowest form of customer service I ever received in my entire life from anyStarbucks location. The manager at this location needs to be managed. Terrible attitude and she don?t seem to have knowledge of how to make the... beverages. I expect that from employees sometimes but not a manager. The last two times I went there she didn?t make my drinkproperly and I watched her make it. I mentioned to her that there was no cream in my cold brew she said well you didn?t ask forit. I pointed out to her that it was on the sticker that they stick on the cup with all the other ingredients that I requested.She took it back and put some cream in it and handed back to me in a rude manner. I was on my way to the airport and this location is on the way. Some days they are so packed the lines wrap around the building.... Luckily the line moves quick. They always have what I want in stock. My order has always been on point. We always received greatservice. The employees are pleasant, efficient and we will be back. Thank you. Read more
