Service was awful. They served the items one at a time and cold food. The presentation was sloppy with food hanging off the side... of the plate. Didn't receive the drinks that was ordered. Water dripping from the ceiling. Won't be going back to that location. Read more
My sister was excited about visiting the new neighborhood waffle house. Got to the location and we patiently waited for someone... to acknowledge us because we were dining inn. After waiting about 15 minutes without acknowledgement. I saw that there was twotables available but they both needed to be cleaned. So I commenced to clearing a table for us. After sitting at the table Icleaned no one would wait on us. Finally an employee comes and let me know where I cleaned the area was closed. The area thatwas open was dirty but the employee continued to clean the area that was off limits. We waiting for someone to come clean but noone did. So we left still hungry. Been coming here for years, but the past year the service has turned rude and not worth the quality of the food. I'm from GA and... know that Waffle House isn't fine dining, but at least be respectful when you not even busy. I'm the only person in here and thepeople in here still have an attitude. This has been happening for months. They close when there's no manager on duty and haverefused to serve me at 8pm on a Friday multiple times. Today I asked for their hours and they said they're open 24/7, but I'veexperienced that lots multiple times. The cooks aren't even up to Waffle House standards. I stopped in here on a Saturday to get Take Out for my daughter who was in the hospital. This is my first visit to this location... since they re-opened after their renovation. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. It looks very impressive comparedto what it used to be. They removed the booths that were in the front of the store and replaced them with single metal chairslined up against the window in the front. The booths are located on the long part of the wall. There is a handicap portion ofthe lunch counter in the front as soon as you walk in the door. Everything was clean and neat and looked new. They were busy asusual but I didn't mind as I appreciated them getting my order together correctly. Waffle House has a lot of regulars meaningfolks who come there everyday and build relationships with the employees. I like that about the chain. Read more
Left the airport on a layover to grab breakfast. Friendly staff with quick service. I enjoyed the pecan waffle, pretty fluffy... with plenty of pecans. Hash Browns with all toppings were decent too. Read more
