So I ordered two large one topping pizzas and my order came to $38. I did not look on the website before I ordered so when I... went back to see how much the pizza cost it they had specials for 24.99 for 2 large 1 topping..they failed to tell you on thephone that they have specials for you to order. I asked a guy on the phone why he did not tell me about the specials. He's thentold me the owner says they do not give it to you unless you ask for them. Honestly, I normally like this place, classic House pizza, good prices. But I'm not sure if there has seen a change in... management or food brand, but my last 2 visits were disappointing to say the least. Buttery crispy crust has become bland drywood bread. Received a roast beef sandwhich which was made wrong and tasted funny. Called to let them know and was told no it was sliced... fresh this morning. Felt sick after eating not even half the sandwhich. Was not offered a replacement or refund. Even thoughthe driver was coming back with fries that evidently wasn't heard when I ordered. Called back next day to speak with owner andthe manager Josh is very rude and not accommodating. Wants to prove you wrong or put blame on the customer. Pizza was nastytoo. Food is not consistent quality. Owners are suddenly MIA. I will get my money back! ???? and I will never orderthere again. Being treated like that left a bad taste in my mouth never mind the food. Should I have begged for my dinner thatI paid for to be corrected. Geeessss. I run 4 breakfast restaurants. So I get the cost of inventory. Customer Service isjust as important. Got the fish and chips there were great! but paid extra for onion rings instead of the French fries that's ok but they were... frozen ones and for what I paid I wont get onion rings next time but definitely would get the fish.! Sad how they treat there customers. Brought half the order back over cooked and burnt. On the phone understanding until I got... there and just brushed my complete off. Cook gives A nasty stair. .brought food back to show then....60.00 later. Never again.Know people can complain but when u bring g it back and it's in your face ... REALLY??? BAD BAD BAD...customer service andfood. Customer should always be right in a good business. But this time u had proof and didn't give money back on 1 item andreplaced the other item which fine...I'll eat tomorrow but u could have offered a refund since my dinner was ruined and I had togo back. Thank you very much we had an amazing experience here and the food was amazing. We had great Service, If you want to be treated... like a valued guest this is the spot for you. Back hall was greasy, I almost slipped. Food was "OK." Perhaps we should have ordered pizza instead. We got fish and chips and a... mushroom-cheese hamburger. We both received fries--were a little overcooked and arrived cold-ish. Hamburger had a good bun. Niceslice of cheese and mushrooms were good. Overall the hamburger was bland.
