I ordered delivery and the food arrived at a reasonable time and it was good I’m not gonna lie but I asked for change back and... the guy straight up said no to me like what and when I asked again and asked why he proceeded to tell me he drove 16 minutes andit’a his only income. Read more

I live locally and have eaten here well over a dozen times. I’ve eaten at all the East Providence Chinese restaurants. They... have by far the best brown rice, and they always add soup to any combination order. I found them to be very consistent and howthey serve and prepare the food and I can speak to the egg foo yong as being a great dish there, it’s really well-made. Read more

I order a bourbon chicken and instead they gave pork. I called the restaurant to let them know that is pork instead chicken ,... they denied it and start arguing with me on the phone saying is chicken and they don’t serve pork. The flavor is not great atall, they food feels like it came from the microwave. I will not recommend to eat in this restaurant. Read more

My mother waited almost an hour and a half for incomplete and undercooked meals. And they would only offer us replacement meals,... no refund. If I didn’t work in the food industry, my family would’ve eaten this meal and we would all have food poisoningChristmas morning. This is not the same Golden House as before, their service and food has tanked to the bottom. Read more

Restaurant was closed for awhile. I believe they're under new management, opening again on Nov. 1, 2020. Wait was much longer... than usual, despite seeing 5 workers rather than the customary 2. Boneless ribs were more tender, pork fried rice was muchcloser to plain white rice than usual, and the beef with mushrooms was a much smaller portion than normal. Mushrooms were largeand plump though. Beef was minimal. Read more
