Worst but also best Hibachi experience I have ever had. We were immediately sat upon entering the restaurant. Someone brought us... waters, soup, and salad before even taking over drink order. Once our drinks were brought over and our food order was taken, wenever saw the waitress again. We waited over 30 minutes for our server to come back so we could order more drinks and she neverdid. The group sitting next to us sat with empty waters almost the entire time they were there. I was absolutely blown away bythe hibachi chef and his skills. The food was amazing and honestly so was the one drink I was able to get. We easily would haveordered at least two more rounds but again, the waitress never came back. When we got our check (after having to ask themanager), an automatic 20% was added for gratuity and we were only a party of two. In the state of Rhode Island, it is illegalto add automatic gratuity and not inform your party before you do so. Even though the food was amazing, the service is thereason I will not be going back. This place has changed like everywhere else due to the pandemic. 4 of us joined another 4 people sitting at the hibachi side.... The waitress didn't come over to ask if we wanted drinks. I told the chef we were celebrating my stepsons birthday and all hesaid was a simple Happy birthday greeting. I thought theyd get the table to sing or make it more fun. The chefs dont throw theveggies into your mouth now-also from the new ways of life. I asked the young lady bringing our soups and salad where ourwaitress was! Maybe they were understaffed who knows. The food thankfully tasted so delicious. The menus arent present anymoreeither U scan the barcode to view it. It said on the bill that the gratuity was added in which i never noticed that for only 4people, but whatever. On a Sunday for dinner the place was still busy. I wish the experience was better but i do understandplaces are trying to adapt to all these new changes. Read more

Had a great experience, atmosphere was incredibly fun. Great food and fresh since it's cook right in front of you., I didn't... have a reservation unfortunately and waited over an one hour. Even though other parties had reservations still waited quite abit. Definitely a busy place, from hibachi to dine in. Read more
My friend recommended this restaurant, so I got tons of food for takeout! Sashimi & sushi were pretty fresh, and I really like... the special roll in its individual box but I don’t know the name of it. Overall it was a good dinner and I’m super satisfied:D Read more
Very friendly staff. Hibachi cook was fun and engaging with group. Food was fabulous. Pricey but well worth it. I had the Filet... and scallops. Fillet was very tender and cooked to perfection. Scallops were succulent. Wife had salmon was very tasty andportion was very good. Read more
My party was initially sat at a completely empty hibachi station, about 5 minutes later we were rushed over to a nearly full... table and before we could even sit down were rushed into ordering by our waitress. She didn't ask us about drinks or appetizers. Moments later soup and salad was literally thrown in front of us and she was gone before we could order an app or drinks. Finally managed an app order, but she disappeared before we could order drinks. She dropped off our sushi about halfwaythrough the hibachi show (which was excellent btw) and I was able to ask her for cocktails, but we weren't offered any soy saucefor the sushi. The drinks showed up about halfway through eating our hibachi meal, at which point my water was empty. She tookoff before I could ask for a refill of my water. She brought to-go containers to a few people at our table, but I couldn'tcatch her to ask for ours before she vanished for about another ten minutes. The food and hibachi show were great. But ourwaitress honestly couldn't have cared less about our dining experience. Seriously debating not frequenting this establishmentin the future, and we've been going for years. Read more
