I went there today 45 minutes before they close and they refused to make me a frozen coffee because ?the blenders are done for... the night?. It takes two minutes to clean a blender. You should just write the word lazy on your forehead. Anyways, I drove anextra 18 minutes to another Mary Lou?s, they made me a frozen ice coffee with only 7 minutes until close. Read more

The staff behind the counter looked like they were loving their jobs! Smiling and said hello, even though I didn't buy anything.... I walked up and almost bought their cookies, but found something else in the adjacent store. Either way, great people servingthe public!???? Read more
AH-mazing coffee!! They have fun and exciting flavours, and they're all well balanced (i.e. not too sweet, not too strong). Good... bang for the buck as well; would definitely return here over Starbucks. My favourites are regular iced coffee, french vanillaiced coffee and Oreo Cookie Monster frozen drink (doesn't have mocha; tastes more like cookies+cream milkshake). Their ediblessuch as bagel sandwiches and bakery items are meh, though. Read more

if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is the WORST Marylou?s I?ve ever been too. I have been coming to Marylou?s... for the last 3 months and the staff has changed drastically. The new management is awful. I?ve personally watched managementdisrespect the employees. I refuse to give my money to a company that can?t even treat their employees decently never mindincreasing their prices every 3 months for the most awful coffee. If you can?t handle being a human then you probably shouldn?tbe a manager. And her name was SARAH. if you see Sarah stay far away don?t bother even ordering a coffee because you?ll get themost disrespectful attitude. Read more
