Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. Waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes. They kept repeatedly letting right-hand lane go and... telling left side to wait. Cars that showed up 5 minutes after me got served before I did. Avoiding this location at all costs. Read more

This store is horrible? they all eating in the back while I?m sitting in my car waiting for my order. Then I asked for the adult... 10 pc adult happy meal she adds it to the order but basically brushed off the happy meal part when we asked again about it shereplied we don?t have any of those? why didn?t she mention it to begin with then waited 15 minutes only for the kid to basicallyshove the food in my face in the car? The play space is open and clean. Food delivery is a bit slow even when it's empty. Wether you use the drive thru or order ahead... of time, typical wait time is still at least 7 minutes. Sometimes, it's excruciatingly long. Oh, and they almost always give methe wrong nuggets. Read more
Horrible service, 4 workers running around making the same order while 7 customers wait in the lobby for food. All to have your... order messed up anyways. But whos waiting another ten minutes for them to give your order to someone else anyways? Has to be oneof the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Read more
Ordered a McDouble, McChicken, and small fry at the drive through. Got handed a large fry. Told them what the order was supposed... to be, and they laughed and asked me to pull up to the parking spot. 10 minutes later, I went in to ask if they forgot about me.The manager said "it's coming probably". Waited another 10 minutes while they were running out other people's food. Asked thefood runner if she knew anything about my order. Just a look of confusion. Gave up and left without a refund because I couldn'tget anyone to help. Pathetic. Read more
This was the most disappointed I've ever been with a McDonald's before. Two people in front of me in line and ordering was quick... and easy. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the drink station was an absolute mess: Lids, napkins, and strawseverywhere...nobody had cleaned it in some time. I then noticed the trash cans inside and outside were both overflowing. Iproceeded to wait for my food, the two people in front of me left, orders were being walked out the door to the drive-throughcustomers. 12 minutes later I asked where my food was. They scrambled to get it together quick. Finally after 16 minutes I hadmy family's food. Meanwhile this whole time the workers are just meandering around, not seeming to be in a rush. The workerpreparing the bags of food to go was consistently on her cell phone. The restaurant itself had a more modern look then otherMcDonald's I've been in. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating and parking. Large play place and seating there as well butof course it's closed. I don't plan on visiting this McDonald's again. The service and cleanliness was a disgrace.
