One of my favorite wood fire grill places. This is a tough area of competition as I’m comparing it to over seas locations... around the Mediterranean and numerous restaurants across the USA. Hi I had the pleasure of finally going to a Italian restaurant called MidiCi Italian Kitchen. I ordered the meatballs and garlic... bread which was fine. My fiance ordered Chicken Alfredo the chicken and pasta was bland & the pasta was hard. My fiance ordereda mimosa the drink looked like a Gerber drink for a child..... We did get a free Margarita pizza it was ok. .... One of mycomplaints is I noticed the Chef was visiting everyones table, but for some reason he didn't come to ours at all. Just saying itwould of been nice to get a hello since it was me and my fiance's first time going there. Read more
Food was excellent. Wait staff and kitchen team were also great. My 3 year old loved the open kitchen and watching the team make... food. They gave her some pizza dough so she could practice rolling out a pizza just like them! It was a little slow getting thegood but otherwise an excellent experience. Every single person at my table was happy with their meals! I got the Cacio e Pepe, which was just so delicious - fresh and with... just the right amount of zest. Tried some of my friend's gelato and it was very creamy and sweet. A sweet indulgence with everybite. However, the true showstopper for me was the hot chocolate. I'm a big hot chocolate fan, and this was hands down the besthot chocolate I've ever had. It's a super generous size, and maintains a nice warmth underneath a big generous portion ofwhipped cream and chocolate syrup. Just look at the photo, and you'll see what I mean! We had a great dining experience and wewill definitely be coming back. Our server Paul was a great, and I believe we always spoke to either the owner or manager - andhe was super friendly and attentive as well! Have come in a few times for lunch/brunch. First time we had their bottomless mimosas and it was a great value. They need to... bring that back! Food is fresh and always very good with them having the pizza ovens. Read more
Absolute hidden gem. Based on the logo and location I thought something more fast casual or canned Italian restaurant vibes.... Walking in I was immediately impressed. Open kitchen with a variety of high top, low top, bar and even big plush chair seatingoptions. The food was fairly priced and delicious. My friend and I eat got a salad -I ordered the purple kale and spinach andshe got the cobb both had amazing portion sizes! We shared a meat and cheese board and both had leftovers of it and the saladsto take home. Absolutely will be returning. Read more
This was an excellent amazing incredible dining experience!! We walked in late afternoon on a chilly Saturday afternoon. We were... asked if we had a reservation, which we did not. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. We were seated at the bar which we actuallyreally enjoyed. The menu had many tempting choices. We decided on a glass of wine for him and a Pumkin head for me. As anappetizer we chose the meatball appetizer and the warmed spinach salad! Both really very tasty! We chose a traditional margaritaNeapolitan pizza - absolutely delicious!! But what really really stood out to us was Brian!! His clear passion for his craft andhis restaurant was so crystal clear and we loved his enthusiasm!! It was clear his staff were all happy to be their best and therepeat customers on either side of us who professed their love for the place made us ask…. How can we get one of these in ourtown!!??
