I must say papa Gino?s has the worse staff with attitudes and have disappointed me every time the last three times. ( mind you... this is my favorite pizza place ) Not only did they stop accommodating their cash only Customers. I have all four of my kidswaited 45 min on top of having to pick it up they lost half there power waiting for a higher up person to call my food was stuckin the oven and all I did was say you should call your customers waiting seeing there were over 10 slips with mine and let themknow so they don?t travel all this way to be disappointed the girl said the phones are down. Ok totally get it considering myfood is stuck in a power operating oven but you mean to tell me you don?t have a cell phone she said yeah ok lady I don?t wantthese customers having my number lol what generation are you from little girl it?s called block it with *67 well anyways shewalked away from me didn?t resolve anything he situation and didn?t say to come back sorry nothing I have 4 hungry kids at home.This location and establishment has completely lost its value to me. Excellent Service. The massive amount of olives I received on my pizza was unprecedented by any other pizza place. God is with... these folks, and he has blessed them with the ability to make pizza with euphoric flavors and outstanding crispy crust. No oneelse can compete, Papa John?s is a fraud papa, ?I need a diaper? What happen to Papa Gino's???? The store is in desperate need of repairs and updates. The wear and tear of years is showing real... bad. Papa's use to stand for pride,quality and cleanliness. What happened? I just visited their location on EastProvidence/Seekonk line. Bathroom in terrible shape, faucet is rusted and corrosion leaching out to sink. Floor is filthy andgiant roll of toilet paper not even in holder! One giant roll just sitting on hand rail. Not the Papa Gino's I remember. Read more
