I don?t like being a ?Karen? at all but I?ve had it with this Taco Bell. Last time I was there they gave me the wrong food. Not... a big deal. I had my receipt and went back through the drive through just to get it corrected. They essentially called me a liarand said I would have to pay again. Whatever. Fine. Stuff happens. But then when I pulled around to get it, Hannah dangled it infront of me and wouldn?t give it to me for a minute and sort of taunting me with it. That was about a month ago. Today, Iwanted to try again. I didn?t write review about the last experience because maybe it was an off day. I ordered 6 differentitems for pickup from door dash. When I got there, they handed me a bag with not a single one of the items I ordered but instead3 tacos. With the receipt of the correct food stapled to it. It?s clear they don?t care. I used to really like Taco Bell; butnow I can?t even get the food I like when I pay for it. Read more

When we arrived at 8:15 pm 9/21/22, the restaurant sign was turn off, parking lot lights and the drive-thru lights were off as... well as the menu board light. It was very dark. Once we were at the pick up window, we asked the staff member why the lightswere off, her response was "We just haven't had time to turn them on." This is an inexcusable response! It takes less than 10seconds to flip a light switch! This staff member had a very haughty attitude. She was unfriendly and rude. She was too busyplaying with her cheap weave to do her job. I have been in corporate learning and development for 25 years. This behavior is adirect correlation to bad and/or non existent training programs. I don't care if you are understaffed. If you have goodtraining programs in place, a crew of 2-3 can still do great job! I have contacted the corporate office but doubt I'll hearfrom anyone Read more

Well the service was absolutely rude as they could possibly be don?t ask for anything extra by the way you?re only gonna bother... them while they?re at work. Definitely don?t ask for a receipt because they don?t want you to call about how horrible theirservice is or the fact that your country rap supreme is not only crunchy but it must?ve been four hours old. Went through the drive-through on 8/23/23 I asked for a number one with light lettuce as you can see there?s no lettuce it felt... like I was eating a sour cream taco. Ask for extra ice in my drink did not get that either.. I totally understand being shortstaffed but come on now this is ridiculous!! Yes I called the store three times no one picked up. Read more

This place used to be good. Manager sat here and slammed the drive through window after I had ask for no cheese on the salad and... they still processed to do so & the tacos looked like they had been sitting out all day ??????????? Read more

This is a great TacoBell to eat at. This franchise itself (Tacala) usually has some of the best looking stores. I enjoyed the... deluxe cravings box for $7.49. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Will definitely come here again as it is fast, clean, and willput a smile on your face. Read more

They left off half my order. Luckily, I could tell by the weight of the bag when he handed it to me. I quickly checked & had to... ask multiple times for the correct food to be given. To make up for the mistakes, I was given 4 free taco coupons. ???????? Read more

Never had a problem here, but last visit a few days ago they left the sauce out that I requested. Not one single pack for 4... Taco's and 4 Burritos. It was after 7pm, they weren't very busy and I didn't feel like going back after I got home and found nosauce. Someone needs to do their job instead of standing around. Read more
