Our pizza crust was raw, we were told to pre heat our oven. Ordering on a 99 degree day is avoiding turning on the oven. Owner ... hid in the back when we returned it. Never again. Read more

I ordered a salad that claimed to have sirloin steak in it. It is not sirloin steak, it is in fact steak-umm.

The plate was saturated with the ingredients I asked for. I couldn?t even find the food, as if they dumped half the bottle of... each ingredient. Also this was the 2nd time they delivered the food with no utensils, I?m at work I had to leave to go getsomething to eat with. Read more

I order the salads from Crust often! It's so convenient for me during my lunch break to run over there. The people are so nice... and most importantly, the salads are so good. There is NEVER a lack of toppings and for a salad of that size to be 8/9/10dollars is literally a steal. I haven't had any of the other food but I'm sure it's just as great. Always a repeat customer aslong as I work in the Penfield/ER area! Support small :) Read more

I'd heard about the Crust for a little bit but leaving 10 minutes further away from it than my regular pizza joint (and having... to drive past two or three others to get there) I hadn't made it a priority. Well I did tonight and I'll be driving past thoseother joints on the regular now...and waving them goodbye. Prices are comparable to a regular chain pizza joint, maybe a touchcheaper but the quality? To die for. Masses of melty delicious cheese, more toppings than I've seen in ages and just delicioustaste. We had half a chicken cordon bleu and half a Honey mustard chicken and it was just delightful, so much meat, the cheeseis good quality and flavorful and the sauce was a hint not a drowning. Surprisingly not greasy but still packed withflavor. And they call it the crust for a reason. The base and the crust I'd be happy to eat on their own. Super delicious andjust right, no sign of chewiness or dryness. A great quality pizza that I will be enjoying for many visits to come! Read more

Buyer beware. They have 3 places they list their prices but only one of them is correct. Their official website is incorrect. So... is the one on Google. Their menus in the building are correct, so I guess the third time is the charm! They will not explainthis to you until you question the absurdly different price, (at least in our case.) We found them online and used the menuprovided us on Google, which can be updated by just a few clicks. The price we expected was the one closer to 12 dollars perpizza and we were very excited. However upon hearing the price we decided to head on in and pick it up ourselves as maybe therewas a wild delivery fee. There wasn't, the prices were wrong. I watched my girlfriend's interaction with the young man upfront,he wasn't equiped to answer her questions on why the prices were different. So a manager was eventually called, which was nice. However, he raised his voice more than was necessary at her saying how our prices were out of date and then explained she neededto do her research better. Afterwards he eventually walked up and spoke to her like a paying customer. This interaction tellsme that he was aware of the problem, so much so that he was irritated that it came up again which I think is why he was alreadyfirst irritated. His handling of the issue was way worse than the young man he was supervising. Had we not already gotten thekids super excited about pizza it would have been cancelled immediately even though we had just watched the pizzas go in theoven. The people that run the place can't be bothered to fix their pricing on their actual website and won't treat you like youmatter when you come in. Pizza was okay, wings were okay. So no knocks on their food but it's definitely not worth the inflatedprice nor the way they speak to you about something that is caused by their lack of follow through. Hopefully this helpseveryone else do their research, or maybe inspires the bare minimum to be met when displaying p Read more

Pizza was dry and lacked flavor. Felt like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours and reheating it in the oven had the... crust hard. Read more

Hating this place is an understatement. I asked for a small steak sub with mozzarella cheese, spinach, green peppers, onions and... boss sauce. I forgot to ask for a drink after I paid so I asked how much a drink was and was told $2.39 or I could just go toVillage Fair next door and pay way less for a can of pop. I mean, thanks man for saving me $2.39 but I wish I would have savedthe $9.07 for the skimpy steak sub that was mostly ALL bread. Is there like a steak shortage I do not know of because this isextremely uncalled for. The bread was way too much, so sadly I had to eat the inside of the bread and just threw the sub itselfin the trash. They even forgot my boss sauce so I had to ask for a side of it. Still, this was not worth $9.07. I am highlydisappointed that the locals were raving about this place, like...why??? Sadly I will not be returning EVER. Please save yourmoney. I'd rather travel to the city and get a steak sub for $6 or $7. I'll spend the gas, as the only reason why I ended uphere was because it was highly spoken of and next door to my apartment. Sigh. I feel robbed... Read more
