Arrived at 2;32pm. The place closes at 3pm per the sign, and No additional sign on door indicating otherwise. OK, went to... Dunkin instead. Nice people inside I'm sure, and I realize they are working hard. This is a criticism of management, notemployees. The labor shortage exists, yes. Then change your signage to indicate that you are not doing what you say you will do.Pretend you care about your franchise and your customers. Otherwise, your competitors will eat your lunch. The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful, it was my first visit so I had to stop looking at what was being... offered on the shelves and look at the menu. I was hungry and wanted to try everything. The coffee was rich and flavorful! Wealso had omelet bites with spinach and cheese that were delicious! Next time I?ve got my sights set on some donuts and maybe abreakfast sandwich. I have to go back every chance I visit an area that has Tim Hortons. (Likely-NY) Read more
would frequent this tim hortons back in highschool. the 2 for 5 sandwich deal is the best. i do not like their movement towards... fresh cracked eggs. while healthier i do not think they taste better. Read more
If it?s any of the stores that deserve to shut down in the Rochester area, it is this one. I had to tell my order twice to them... in the drive thru and then once again at the window. They still got our order wrong. This is not the first time my husband and Ihave had a problem from this location. Will not be coming back. Read more

Went here for a coffee date and the service was terrible. We ordered 2 hot chocolate's grabbed a place to sit. 15 minutes later... and we still hadn't gotten called up to get our drinks. So he went up to see what had taken so long. The girl that had taken ourorder forgot we ordered. Then she went to get our order and she only brought him 1. So he said, I ordered 2. She was like oh I'msorry. I just wonder how does a person forget we ordered. From 1 second to the next. Strange!!! Read more
Definitely always a long wait at this location. They need a new speaker or better headsets for the drive thru. I have to repeat... my order 4 or 5 times and it's often still wrong. It's sad because it gets alot of business. Read more
