Our server, Laura was AMAZING!! She is honestly the best, she?s very attentive and kind and was very patient while my dad and I... figured out our order! We definitely want her as our sever every time! Overall, the staff is awesome here - we ride ourmotorcycles and they always allow us to sit near the windows to see them in the lot and we really appreciate that! We willdefinitely be coming back!!! People nowadays lack motivation to work, but I witnessed the opposite today at Chilli's. Customer service, attention to detail,... courtesy, and empathy. Furthermore, the food was delicious. Their loaded fries were good, cheese could of been more melted. Their sliders were seasoned well and tasty with their bone-out... wings, loved it. Only issue is the service was kinda lacking, felt a bit disrespected when the waitress wouldn't acknowledgetrying to call them over and then just shoving our food right in our faces and didn't say a word. The recent remodel makes for a fun evening! And the new menu offers choices that I felt had been missing. The changes really... make it impossible for me to go anywhere else for my sports bar evening!
