Absolutely filthy!!! Meat and cheese scraps everywhere. Staff wore gloves but were touching themselves their hats etc then the... food again. The way the meat was layer out on the sandwich was in random piles. I watched a guy send a tomato flying out of thefood prep area onto a piece of paper... surely I thought he was going to throw this out but instead he picked up the paper anddumped the tomato back in. I am so grossed out by what I did see I cannot imagine what I didn't see when there weren't customersaround. No idea when the last time that place was cleaned but I'm guessing a good cleaning happens about never. I eat streetmeat with gusting but after what i saw here today I am completely grossed out!! I ran into Jersey Mike?s last week for a few sandwiches for my family. Not only were the subs fresh and delicious but the staff... was so friendly. The manager Janis was phenomenal. Let me first start off by saying Wow This place blew away my expectations in so many ways. From placing the pickup order, to... how I was treated inside, to the meal itself....everything was perfect. Justice and his staff run the place exceptionally welland go out of their way to make sure the customer has the best experience. And trust me I did. The cheesesteak I order wasfresh, hooked up to the point it makes the cheesesteaks you see on television look skimpy, and absolutely delicious. Here's the Cliff Notes version before I get into it. Amazing crew, clean store & bathroom, quality products! I rarely go to... Jersey Mike's. The subs are always good, but this time was the most fun I've ever had. Unfamiliar with the menu it took me alittle while to order. Also, I am extremely particular on how the sandwich was to be made. I split a giant #43(philly-chipotle) with one other person. After all that back and forth, the crew did not miss one step, they were EXTREMELYACCOMMODATING, and worked together, like a WELL OILED MACHINE. I can guess who the manager, or most senior employee was, butno one was wearing name tags so I just figured I'd call everyone MIKE lol I've worked in restaurants for years and to seeeverybody work together with so much much unity, I would have to say it's got to be a good work environment. It radiated outto me as the customer that they were having a good time and really took pride in their work. I'm gonna post pictures of oursandwiches, we may have piled on too many toppings to produce good photos, but don't be fooled it was a 100% delicious! Just had one of the worst subs I?ve ever had. Worse than subway. This place used to be good but this time the bread was stale on... both subs, I cut one in half and there was no meat on one side, and it was all around awful. I wanted to bring it back cuz itwas inedible. Not for a refund but just because it was that bad. I?ve also gotten the wrong sub there 3x after ordering ahead.If you still wanna eat at Jersey Mike?s go ahead but find a different one than this one. Gluten free? No problem! We brought our own wraps in and they gladly accommodated accordingly. It was one of the guys first... times making a wrap, and it was flawless execution. Read more
Great location! Very good people working here. I was here 11/28 around 7:30 PM. Food was also great!
