I wasn't greeted or thanked by the front cashier despite myself being the only customer walking in and out in thatb10 minute... time period. I know this is their model and I get a greeting and goodbye at their other locations so I noticed it missing. Thecold drink station was almoat empty. That's what ai was there for on a hot day. The hot counter staff didn't look happy to beworking, no cheerful chatter. I'm guessing the staff here isn't as cohesive a team as other locations I've seen. Read more
