For the past few months, my orders have been met according to my modifications. Service was immediate and prompt. I find that... the management seems to be better there overall. I wasn't greeted or thanked by the front cashier despite myself being the only customer walking in and out in thatb10 minute... time period. I know this is their model and I get a greeting and goodbye at their other locations so I noticed it missing. Thecold drink station was almoat empty. That's what ai was there for on a hot day. The hot counter staff didn't look happy to beworking, no cheerful chatter. I'm guessing the staff here isn't as cohesive a team as other locations I've seen. Read more

Awesome Panera & had an amazing cashier with stupendous customer service, her name was Ashley and I can not express enough how... awesome she was. I ordered a delicious chicken sandwich and the proverbial cheddar broccoli soup bowl. Give Ashley a holler forme ???????????????? Read more

Nice cashier she handled the money with one hand. The other hand had a glove on to grab the food by her. Didn't see her change... gloves between customers. Ordered a large Mac and cheese to got cost around $11 all most had a heart attack when I saw thesize. I would say if I was lucky a pint size the most. Real big rip off never again. The glass protecting the food fromcustomers by the cashier was to short or should have some kind of top over part of it. I am tall was able to look right over it.If someone should sneeze that is tall you would have big problems. Way to much money for the items we picked up. Just watch whatyou get alot cheaper to make at home. Read more

Too slow and wrong items were put in order. Receipt say two 10 vegetable soup and they gave two French onion , my wife at first... time so she has doubt about soup but she at few spoons just to test and she got allergy . Also it was curbside pickup , waited30 minute no one show up despite check in and order was ready all time sitting in shelf ???? After contacting customer serviceand complaining about order issue they give me refund of pick two but point was not getting refund . Point was what about Alergyand why description on package is wrong . What if she has severe allergy of some food and they gave wrong description onpackage . Read more

So i went to the this location saturday nite. It was completely understaffed so i dont really blame the employees but mgmt you... need a better system. You should warn guests before they order that wait times are in excess of 45 or more minutes so they canchose if they still want to order and recieve sub par ice cold food. Here is my whole steak and cheddar 11$ sandwich that theyput in 2 seperate boxes that was part of my 50 dollar ice cold order. My flatbread was so ice cold i had to heat it up to eatand the mac and cheese was like glue the bread for my cold soup was like a brick. Best thing ingot was a chicken caesar saladbut you really cant mess up lettuce and chicken. Also want to add they were out of so much stuff i couldnt order half the stuffon the menu. No bread bowls no avacado.....Really panera do better for you customers and your staff. Read more
