10 years ago I got sick when a franchise served me with hamburger pizza dripping hot mayonnaise; I went this time for the... papadias or something like that, and again it is dripping mayo. Not my cup of tea, not ever again. BTW rude people, bad customerservice. It is a decent neighborhood but they should be on the projects or any tough area. No manners. Read more
I have been buying Papa Johns at East Rutherford for a year now and I've never been disappointed. Always baked to perfection... plus the customer service is top-notch. These jokers are con artists. I ordered 2 pizzas and got only one. When I called the store, the same guy who took my order swore... that the driver delivered 2. I asked to speak to the driver and he tells me the driver doesn't speak English too well. 20minutes later the driver returns with a soggy pizza and tells me in very good English that it was an error. I tipped him andthrew the pizza in the trash. Read more
I am staying in a hotel, the restaurant was .7 miles away, they told me it would be 30 to 40 minutes which was fine, but it took... them 55 minutes. I was told I was their last order of the day so it should not have taken that long. I asked for extra marinarasauce with my breadsticks and did not get it, I used a coupon, that the hotel gave me, and they would not honor it, they chargedme $5 more than the coupon. when I finally got the food, the boxes were all greasy and they did not bring any paper plates ornapkins. Service is why I gave the one star for this visit, but otherwise the Pizza was good. Read more
