I am so sick of buying at this Starbucks. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and they don't follow instructions. Every... drink they make taste terrible...Not sure why they keep this place open. Either make the drinks right or fire your staff andstop hiring these entitled-minded teens with an attitude and no work ethics. Read more
There was a huge line in the drive thru so I decided to go inside thinking it would be much quicker. The line of cars moved so... fast, though, that it only saved me a few minutes by going inside. Very fast service either way, so it's a good location to stopfor coffee if you are in a hurry. Read more
Very sluggish service. Staff not well organized. I got my stuff but a 2 minute order took over 10 mins while some staff were... doing nothing. I will avoid this location. My wife was really angry about it. Read more
This place is usually great but today i had a mobile order with 3 hot food items and 3 beverages. Had to ask for Sriracha (which... i put in the mobile order) and they tried to send me away with only two drinks. We had to re-show the mobile order and wait 5minutes for the melting frozen drink that was already prepared. Upon coming home we could tell our 2 sandwiches were assembledin a rush. All the meat in one stack to one side, less cheese than usual, not as warm as it should be? And my tall drink thatwas ordered, they gave me a short. I did an oz test at home. Read more
The last time i placed a mobile order (for drive thru), they forgot one of my drinks, then asked rudely why i didn't pull... forward. This time i ordered a strawberry drink, extra strawberry and light ice. They put mostly ice and no strawberry. I figurei could just make a pitcher of lemonade at home, so i ask for a cup of ice with just ice and strawberry. She gets her managerand he says $4-5 for it bc it costs, but while customizing the drink it wasn't charging me extra for strawberry. I explain itwas supposed to have 3 scoops and it doesn't, so then they gave me a short cup like 1/3 full with the dehydrated strawberries.My 2 sandwiches were given individually, rather than in a handle bag like usual. Tried ordering before 9pm and pretty much everything is "sold out" last time i was here i had to wait for melted drinks and they... didn't give the straws for cold drinks or the hot top cover for the mouthpiece. Also they were giving 3 drinks individuallyrather than in a cup holder. Why do they try telling you to leave before giving you the whole order? Read more
