I stopped at this restaurant for lunch because I was super hungry. When I arrived I parked in their private lot. I walked in to... the outdoor seating area and chose to sit there. Vanya was my server and she was very nice. For my meal I got the cod specialand they made it a sandwich which I was so appreciative of. I also ordered the clam appetizer and it tasted soo good. Best dinner ever fast services and great food also really kind and sweet. 2nd time eating here and the food is really really good. The service was a little subpar, but the waitress might have been... having a rough day. Either way, I'd recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a "hidden gem." It's very diverse, you canhave a boys/girls evening out or bring your family. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Had our wedding ceremony and reception here today and it was amazing. Erin the coordinator is amazing and so helpful. She... communicated with us regularly and helped make our dream wedding come true. Our special day was made so special we couldn?t havebeen happier. The food was amazing and service was spectacular! My friends and I stood a weekend recently in PA and went here. The waitress and hosts were super nice, the decor is great. The... bread they give while you wait was good. However, our food took a while to come out, once it did we were disappointed. Theburger my friend got came on a Roll.. not a hamburger bun. My fried shrimp was doughy and my mash tasted like it was out thebox. My other friends mac and cheese was dry and bland and my boyfriends fried fish was doughy as well. We decided to swap outour meals with chicken tenders and french fries.. Our waitress?s was great and got our replacement meal quickly. Good service,bland and basic food you could make better at home. The restaurant is very spacious and our waiter was great! The battered shrimp was delicious. Unfortunately the restaurant was... out of Alaskan crab legs, it's a very popular request. The waiter mentioned to us once they have them they quickly run out, butwe will definitely repeat out visit to try those. Read more
We came here on a Friday evening. It was very empty, which should have been a clue of how the food would be. They have a great... outdoor area, so maybe if you're coming for just wings and beer it would be a nice place to go. But I wouldn't recommend it fordinner. We were seated as soon as we went in, in the back dining area. We ordered drinks and Calamari as our app. The drinkscame quickly, and they were ok. Very strong. You couldn't taste any of the flavors they were supposed to be, you just tastedalcohol. We only had one each. The Calamari came quickly. Although it really was cooked well, the breading flavor overpoweredthe calamari. But at least the calamari was tender. Bread was served. It was very generous for just 2 people. The bread tastedfresh, and it was hot. Then our entrees came. My Fish n Chips came without chips. I pointed this out and the server quickly wentto get some fries. Again, the fish was cooked well. Tender and flakey, but again, the breading seasoning over powered the fish.I took the breading off to eat it. It was good, but not "Fish n Chips". My partner ordered Meatballs, sausage and pasta. Theywere out of linguini and subbed fettuccini (after asking if it was ok). There was one large meatball, which my partner said wasvery dense. The sausage was ok, and the pasta was overcooked. The bill was about average.. just under $80 for the two of usbefore tip. The service was very good, we tip according to service (25% in this case) We live in the area but it was the firsttime we had tried Alaska Pete's. We most likely will not be back again. The Calamari: The batter was not good, unfortunately making thetender calamari taste bad.
