Everytime I call for delivery, they say no drivers are available or it's going to be a 3 hour wait. I feel discriminated by this... situation and will take it further with corporate. When I call from my personal cellphone, I get the no drivers availableexcuse, because they can screen my number. When I call from a different number, suddenly delivery is available and it doesn'ttake 3 hours for delivery. They pick and choose who they deliver to. Read more
So I've been ordering from this location for a while now and everytime I receive my chicken it's been raw so I asked the manager... to put it in the over again, he said it's policy to not make the chicken well done but the pizza could be well done. I want toknow where in the policy it said to serve uncooked chicken filled with fat and white raw surface. Please change that policy andmake the chicken more cooked. Or at least give customers the option to have it their way. Shout out to pizza hut. Dominos justlost a good customer. Smh Read more

i ordered the food 30 minutes before closing. To me that is enough time to make the food and they can drop it off after closing.... It is currently 1:15 am and the food is still not here so i will no longer be waiting for the food. If you would like dominos iwould suggest another dominos near by because the service here is horrible if they take over an hour and don?t come when youlive not even 2 miles from the store. Pizza was ok but why wouldn?t they help the customer save a couple bucks?! We were in the area to check out Delaware water gap... and ordered in the store, still carry out, but they don?t mention a pizza costs twice as much this way compared to orderingthrough the app. Shame on them and shame on Dominos for that pricing strategy. I called this store to place an order by phone, and the representative that picked up the call stated "Thank you for calling... Domino's the store is currently closed," and she hung up the phone on me. That call was placed at 8:09pm today. We then decidedto drive to the location to see if their sign was off, to validate whether or not the facility was truly closed. Upon arrival atthe store it appears that the store reflects it is open. We then tried to place an order online, to to assess whether the ordercould be placed, and the order went through successfully. I am a humble and understanding individual, and understand thatpeople are under pressure, especially under Pandemic related issues. However, this is not the first time someone responds withthis type of customer service demeanor. It's not necessary, and is the very reason why I always prefer Chick FIL A'sestablishment over Dominos. Were it not for my feeling sick, I would have taken my business to Chik FilA. Read more
They made me wait 45 minutes for my order. The chicken was under cooked and the pizza looked like its has been prepared earlier... that day. I always buy from dominos what a disappointment. Read more
