This place is disgusting use to work here and had to quit because of un sanitary reasons, I?ve seen workers use bread they?ve... dropped and still make a sandwich , and workers scrape off things like whipped cream or cold foam with bare hands and eat it ,no one ever cleans the bathrooms only refill it with hand soap and toilet paper. The most disgusting of it all is the dishesthey never wash they only rise them off and scrape off the food and sanitize them our store never ordered enough dish soap so werarely had actual soap to use. Friendly and courteous staff. DD is my choice for hot, cold, and frozen drinks. Unfortunately, frozen drinks are not available... at least 20 minutes before closing because the machines are shut down for cleaning. Read more
Mega attitude right through the door from the girl who asked what I?m waiting for. Didn?t want to get all my items (and told me... so), nasty attitude. Please quit. VERY VERY VERY Dirty ,Bad Service, Old Dehydrated Nasty Food. The most consistent Bad Food and Service I have ever experienced... and I live locally and commute. I have Personally Boycoted this business. If you respect your good health don't eat here. Iasked for a breakfast sandwich roasted bread and coffee. I received and old bitter coffee and a Breakfast sandwich on old breadnot toasted and smelling of mold and in the sandwich was a half toasted egg with wrapped still attached to the bacon from themicrowave. Look they just dont care Period. When I complained the other day I said I want my money back and they argued with me... while I waited at the counter in looked behind the person and witnessed a nasty dirty kitchen and people with no hairnets orgloves. Terrible service. They weren't even friendly at all, then the lady messed up our order and didn't really apologize for it and... then they locked the doors so we were locked in and had to go to the counter again to ask them to unlock the door for us so wecan get out. I was missing an ounce out of my coffee (they didn't fill my small cup). I ordered a frozen hot chocolate at 6 pm and they said... they aren't making frozen drinks anymore today. It just sounds like pure laziness to me . They didn't say the machine wasn'tworking it just seemed like the girl taking my order didn't feel like making it. Then they have this weird sign bout orderingfood first like what if I forgot to order a food item and wanted to add it in the end. Mostly I'm mad they couldn't be bother tofill my cup up which they filled with cream more than coffee. And you couldn't walk in and order. I haven't drank a single sipbefore taking this pic. I go here everyday for coffee. Usually I have a great experience but today... today the staff was EXTREMELY rude and... unprofessional! The girl at the window turned to a girl that was working behind the counter/taking orders and she jokingly saidyou need to clean your ears and the girl taking orders YELLS! ?I don?t need to clean my ears, they need to speak up because Ican?t hear them!?
