Disappointed with the service. We forgot to order a drink as we went through the drive thru and asked, when paying, if we could... add it. The employee replied that we WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE LINE AGAIN!!! How ridiculous!!! We have been to McDonald'sthousands of times and have spent A LOT of money!!!! Of course we've forgotten something at one time or another and theemployees have ALWAYS been willing to take a few seconds to show good customer service and add the item. This employee wasobviously very lazy and was not concerned about good customer service. She was not a teenager nor did she appear to be new. Iwould hate to think that she was part of management! As Horrifying as my experience at McDonald's in Cobleskill NY was, this place was exactly the opposite. Clean, wonderful... service, excellent breakfast. I guess it all depends on management. This McDonald's was extraordinary. Read more
Ordered breakfast and that was fine but my coffee was burnt, didn't taste like they did anything to it and was just terrible.... Was just there the other day and was amazing; not sure if they left the coffee on the burner too long but wasn't very happy withit today. Read more

The drive thru workers were genuinely polite, and not disgruntled and rude, like most. Granted, they are overworked and... underpaid, but this crew was nice and didn't laugh, even after I totally screwed up the order and had my own kids dissingme. Keep it up guys! Read more

You would think reading from a screen would be easy to do. There is always something missing from my order. It?s like I?m paying... for food just for them to keep. I witnessed an employee scream at a new hire who looked like a kid because she was frustrated, Iask for bacon twice on my Big Mac got charged for it never got it, I never received my kids apple juices or apple slices forthere happy meal. I hear them talk badly about customers yet the service they provide is just as bad as how they speak. Ihonestly dislike the McDonald?s here I only go because it?s the closet but it?s not worth it any more since all they do ispocket your money and give you what ever they want or don?t give you your whole order.
